My children and I stayed three nights. It's within walking distance of the bus station and about two kilometers from the Göreme Open Air Museum. In the other direction are some other ruins if you prefer something away from most of the tourists. The night and morning managers were the epitome of hospitality--answering questions, giving marvelous recommendations, offering apple tea and just overall being excellent hosts. The rooms were clean & spacious and the bathrooms were very nice. T

It happend to be in the middle of the ramadan month.And even so the service was absolutely splendid. Breakfast was quite rich, buffet-style and typical.
The hotel had a private parking space and the view from our room was great: we had a large terrace in front of our stone accommodation and we could see Goreme and its Fairy Chimneys (at sunset that spot was wonderful).

The staff were very friendly and treat guests like family. We required medication stored in a fridge - no problem happy to oblige ( not everywhere likes this)
The pension offers traditional basic accommodation , turkish breakfast and its perfect for a few days stay.
Superb views of Goreme, very central to all sites to visit. Tours available from the staff if required.
Would stay there again.

Grand Cave Suites was a magnificent place to stay; carved out of part of one of the many Faerie Chimneys there in Goreme, the rooms give you an amazing feeling of wonderment. Ours had two windows that opened to a beautiful view of Goreme and other carved sandstone-like spires. At sunrise, you could see many hot-air balloons ascending in the sky. Fabulous! The owner and manger so thoughtful. They called our room early (at 0700) to say breakfast was ready--in order to avoid the rush of a tour

We stayed 3 nights in Village Cave House Hotel and had a great time. The building itself was an old cave and our room was historically used as a kitchen. There was even an old fashion oven in the middle of the room- we loved it!! It was very nice and cosy. Also the owner was very helpful and friendly. Not only were they the helpful about arranging tours, recommending restaurants, even reserving out of town excursions, they were some of the friendliest people we met in Cappadocia. They do everything to help make your stay pleasant, and your visit to the area as effortless as possible. Ask for Ilknur and Kemal, they were terrific.

Faith, the owner, was super nice and helpful. He arranged our bike
rental for the 1st day, the blue tour on the second day, and the hot air
balloon flight, and everything was perfect, and for a reasonable price.
He answered all our questions, not few, always with great treatment. The
hotel facilities, room, toilet, shower, everything was clean and working
properly. Breakfast also very nice, with fruits, eggs, bread, jams, etc,
on the lovely terrace with great views from Capadoccia. Thanks you

Its about mehdan, mehdan and mehdan! He is the young guy who is the front of house. He is amazing organises all your experiences if you wish I.e. ballooning, horse riding, all at the cheapest rate possible. We were skeptical at first but when we spoke to these companies direct the prices were outrageous. So if you stay here there will be no hassle

The hotel is a family run hotel. Fevzi and Merdan are wonderful! The family treated us like their friends during our stays. They made me feel right at home right away and they were so helpful with everything! Oran, the owner and Soner, the every-day manager treated us like family. This place is well located just off the Main Street and is very quiet. It is easy to find and everyone in Goreme knows where it is. It has a very pretty terrace for eating breakfasts. The food is typically Turkish and always fresh and tasty. The cave rooms are fun and worth a try. Orhan booked our excursions - Green Tour, balloon ride, Whirling diverse show and they all turned out really well.

Both Serdar and his father were welcoming & excellent hosts and provided service beyond normal expectations. As our stay was in the low season, Serdar had decided to close Arch Palace and we were actually accomodated in his other hotel, Caravanserai, located very close by. This was absolutely no problem and did not affect the location or price. We would have no hesitation in recommending either of Serdar's hotels as excellent places to stay in Cappodocia, or Goreme in particular.

Mustafa and his son were a great help booking trips, offering cups of
tea and coffee and generally helping us out. We were upgraded for free
into a cave room which was really warm (even with snow outside) and
comfortable, with a nice bed. Everything was clean and functional and
the price was great. Breakfast was a good Turkish breakfast and the
hotel is located a short walk from the open air museum and from town.
Great value for money. Couldn't recommend this place more.

Since we arrived in Capadoccia at Nevsehir airport, and its quite
expensive to grab a taxi to Göreme, we asked for a shuttle to the hotel
which was a lot cheaper and faster.
We had planned a road trip with a friend that was gonna pick us but as he could not finally come, the hotel offered us some great tours to do during our two days stay. I gotta say that using a tour guide these guys have, made the experience so much better. Moreover everything is well arranged and the lunch is included.

staff is super friendly. Since I was arrive in the early morning they offer me the breakfast before even checkin. then offer the room for me to sleep before my room was ready.
They did have barbecue party almost everyday which is amazing and help to get to know people in the same hotel.
Location was great, sit right at the middle of city and almost the highest spot, so you can see 360 agree from the terrace.
