Breakfast was quite rich, buffet-style and typical. The hotel had a private parking space and the view from our room was great: we had a large terrace in front of our stone accommodation and we could see Goreme and its Fairy Chimneys (at sunset that spot was wonderful). Staff were very willing and helpful, always trying to make you feel comfortable: in the morning I didn't feel very well, so I asked for some tea before 8 a.m. (breakfast time) and they filled my glass with a smile on their face.

We required medication stored in a fridge - no problem happy to oblige ( not everywhere likes this) The pension offers traditional basic accommodation , turkish breakfast and its perfect for a few days stay. Superb views of Goreme, very central to all sites to visit. Tours available from the staff if required. Would stay there again. This hotel is quite a fantastic one for a little price. We had a real cave-like room. It was really fresh inside which is quite a luxury in Kappadokya. The room was a big space, we had an awesome relaxing time. The staff is really nice and the breakfast on the roof top is quite a delightment. Friendly staff. We arrived by bus at 4am and were allowed to sleep on floor for a couple of hours and check into our room at 9am so we were very lucky. They booked a great green tour for us and the location is perfect with beautiful views over cappadocia. Breakfast is great also. The staff is very friendly. They make you feel at home. Ibo is very helpful and he can give you very good suggestions for your trip. The terrace view of the city is wonderful. Definitely this is a good stay for budget travellers. We got the cave room at the top, the view was amazing, very private and beautiful. Goreme is a great location to explore Cappadocia. The breakfast was the typical traditional turkish. If you come to capadiccia, one piece of advice, it's freezing at night, under 0 degree now, but you will like here. Well run family pension with friendly staff, amazing view from the terrace and tasty buffet breakfast. Quick walk into town, good wifi (just a bit sketchy in places since the rock walls are so thick). I booked a dormitory but was promoted to a double bed room. Mustafa was a great guy who made me comfortable. The location is excellent, pretty much walk able to the view point. All in all great stay. Everything was just lovely!! We had a trouble with the balloon flight we had bought before we arrived there and even they dont get anything they helped us to sort it out!! Really Cool!!. The hotel hosts were very accomodating and gave great advice for places to go and eat. You also get a great view of the city while you sit outside in the morning for breakfast. - Cosy cave room - Very helpful owners: Ibrahim and Mustapha, they went out of their way to help use - Perfect location, short walk to town - Lovely view. We stayed here for 3 nights in June. It was great value for money and the staff are so friendly and helpful. We would recommend this pension. It's a cave..! Only way to get a real feel of the area.. "common": it was very small and it was located inside the reception, so there was only a little privacy and that area was often crowded. Our room was very essential and not so clean: door couldn't lock very well but it was not a big issue. Wi-Fi only worked in the common areas, and when too many people tried to use it, it was slow and sometimes disappeared. Lack of hot water :). None. The shower and shared bathroom is in the kitchen and reception desk area. It is the least private bathroom you even have to walk between the other guest having breakfast. the shuttle arranged to pick is up at the airport was not there. We have to find our way to Goreme. Nothing. People were reconstucting the hotel next door and started their work early every morning which made it hard to sleep in. Shared toilet, abit frustrating but other rooms have their own. Only small things off no importance.It lacked a bedside lamp and the shower was difficult to maintain at good temperature. Nothing!. They say on their website that they take credit cards. Then, they demand cash and eat up your emergency money:-(. Our room was on the ground floor, and the main problem was poor ventilation and darkness, like in a real cave though;-). And it was cold too. You just should be prepared for the conditions. Bad water supply. no hot shower on a morning!. Nothing. no chairs & little table in room. It might be better. The room - cave in which we lived was very damp and musty. Mattresses and beds were 100 years old. For the same price in other cities like Pamukkale and Oludeniz we've got much better rooms. So I think this hotel is overprice .. One staff are not nice when he find out we are not buying a tour from them. His service is not sincere. beds are too soft. Cleanliness. The room towels were not changed everyday. The air conditioning was not so strong. Breakfast was limited. No desk in the room.
