two nights. Our room was really large, located on the top floor and had
a nice view of historical tenement houses of Kazimierz. Through the roof

The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've
met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us.
Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is
pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a
meal in their restaurant.
The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much! It is very close to the center of Zakopane by foot and to the bus station. The staff was very nice, the room was huge, the bathroom was clean, there were bottles of free mineral water in the rooms everyday. The breakfast was the best I've seen in a while, there was a big variaty of food to choose from. The wellness part was also very clean, well organized, with everything you need to chill out. Our stay was fantastic. The staff were the most helpful we have encountered. They couldn't do enough for us. The room was perfect and clean. We were on a tight schedule and they organized a private driver for the day. He was there in 15 minutes (with no notice) and was equally as good.
