Locality, close to the centre bu just far enough away from the ustle and bustle of tourism. The scambled egg and bacon breakfast is to die for ! If you want a good and cheap meal try the first bar on the left as you head into town from the hotel. Excellent service from staff - nothing was too much trouble. Very comfortable rooms and excellent food. Beautiful swimming pool. Excellent position away from busy town centre but close to trains, buses and mini buses.

It was nice that there was a safe in the room for security but the minor downside was the size - not big enough for a laptop, unlike some other hotels. Restaurant needs softer ambience. Still rather formal Eastern European. the pool is cold for winter time. Pool was cold. The only silghtly disturbing thing was was that it was somewhat complicated to reach our room, first we had to go downstairs then upstairs. But of course we got used to it after a while. There was a cost to use the sauna. The entrance was used by guests for late night smokers and chats which disturbed the guests in the room above the entrance . Perhaps there could be a designated smoking area eg. bbq area. only that one might think it was right in the centre of town which it isn't, it is about 10 mins walk to the main shopping street. On one day of our stay our room was not serviced at all and on complaining we received a very poor response from the receptionist. Her indifference left us to service the room ourselves. Apart from that incident, we enjoyed our stay immensely. No complaints at all. Nice bathroom, but impossible to shower without getting the whole floor wet. While service in restaurant was generally good, the menu clearly misjudged what prospective visitors are looking, such as sampling local food (Polish) and produce. Disappointed with evening menu that contained few or no Polish dishes. I cannot believe that the chef is trained to cook all the international cuisines listed on the menu - Stick to local and you can't go wrong.The hotel despite its facade was not what I would call luxurious. The pool was quite cold and the Jacuzzi was out of order.The bedroom was quite small and the bathroom shower was very badly positioned and therefore wet the entire floor. No clock or waste bin in the bedroom. The single room my son had was quite small, ok if you just use it for sleeping in.room stinks smoke, cold swimming pool, high fee for the use of the sauna, poor breakfast at the guesthouse / pokój śmierdzi dymem, zimny basen pływacki, wysoka opłata za korzystanie z sauny, kiepskie śniadanie na poziomie pensjonatu. Poor breakfast, some unprofessional people at the reception desk, ridiculous price for extra bed clothes, problems with shower (broken hose).I had to carry my own bag. the room needed dusting. The room was very small for what we paid. Minibar was practically empty. Too strong stream of water in a shower which caused flooded floor in thebathroom. Jazzuzi was out of order and steam and salt room too expensive.

„Villa Marilor” is located near the Rówień Krupowa meadow, with one of the most beautiful sights of the range of Tatras over Zakopane.

Although "Villa Marilor" is situated in the town centre, the place is peaceful and quiet. The facility is surrounded with a valuable old park of the area c.a. 2 ha.

The hotel's premises are surrounded with a fence, and the entrance gate is closed for the night. This assures peace and safety for our guests.
