  I liked the clean, modern accommodation which was very good value for money. The location was great as we were only about a 15 minute walk from the centre of the old town.   the front desk staff were more than helpful. i would definitely stay there again but found that it was far from the old city. - the staff were very friendly and very helpful in all aspects.Including arranging all tours and taxi s .   The location of the hotel was superb, five minutes from the centre of the old town and lots of bars and restaurants, five minutes from a very large and modern shopping centre, and walking distance from the vibrant jewish quarter. great location for the departure of the tours to auswich and the salt mines and a very good traditional polish restaura... what people say » nt two doors down. The hotel itself was very clean, the staff helpful when required and very good value for money - I booked a double, having requested it in the notes, and we may have been given a suite for the same price as it was huge! Separate living room and bedroom and our own balcony with an excellent view. The staff spoke flawless English and were very accommodating. The selection at breakfast was very good, as long as you don't expect to go to Poland and get a full English. The location is excellent.

  Lovely, cosy apartment, perfect for a small family to stay in. A well stocked grocery store, a drugstore and a bakery are just downstairs. The city centre is reachable by tram, but if the weather is good a walk on the riverside is highly recommended. Friendly and considerate owner.
