The staff was very attentive and friendly. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, it looks brandnew, nice rooms, nice bathrooms. Enjoyed the free internet connection available in the room. Excellent hotel in every aspect. Easy to find, large parking (however, no free parking options there), fine rooms. They have a PC in every room which is used for the internet, and the monitor as a TV. - Although a bit out of the center, the hotel was actually quite a discovery. Spacious, stylish, clean. Excellent, certainly for business travellers.

Separate living room and bedroom and our own balcony with an excellent view. The staff spoke flawless English and were very accommodating. The selection at breakfast was very good, as long as you don't expect to go to Poland and get a full English. The location is excellent.

Location of the Hotel is excellent - close to the Main Square and within walking distance to the Shopping Mall and the attractions. The Airport bus is just down the street and is only a Euro compared to Euro 20 for a taxi ride.

Very well-located in the historic centre of Krakow, 5 minutes walk from the Rynek (market square). Friendly personnel, nice room, which despite the heatwave and the absence of air-co kept an acceptable temperature.
