we didn't met him as we arrived a bit late. Possibility to park free

What I liked best about Don Prestige Residence is the location. The hotel is situated in an area that enables you to walk to most of the tourist destinations; especially the proximity to the Main Square. The room was clean and the breakfast was sufficient. The staff was helpful and spoke English well. -

The location was amazing. right next to the Old Town Square and close to all other sights Poznan has to offer.
The staff were excellent, friendly, and spoke English very well. We booked a smaller room but when they heard we were bringing two small children, they gave us a free upgrade plus extra mattress. For a family with small children, the elevator is a major plus for suitcases and stroller.

This is hotel is great . I would for sure come back . The rooms are stylish and the bed very comfortable. The location is good, just few minutes walk to the old town. The staff is wonderful , always smiling and very helpfull. when arriving we recevied a wlcome drink and also we got lovely caramels on Our pillow several Nights. I loved the cookies we received when checking out. No doubt - one of the best hotels when it comes to service ever, and i have been to many hotels=)
