  After being delayed by weather and airlines for 2 days, we arrived at the Copthorne quite tired, frustrated and disappointed that our three night stay had been reduced to just one night. This was meant to be the first stop on our honeymoon and as such had booked a harbour view room. I'd kept the staff up to date with the delays, but thought I woul... what people say » d need to go through the story again upon check in. As soon as we entered the building, we were greeted by Kenny, who turned out to be the Duty Manage - Thankyou to your staff that night.We arrived in from Sydny after 1 am without our bags and only the cloths we were wearing. We had a 8 am departure that morning and they kindly arranged for our cloths to be washed and ready by 6 am. Nothing was too much trouble and they definately "went the extra yard" Our thanks to them again.

  I don't frequently provide reviews of hotels, but Ohtel is very special. It is all the things hotels would probably like to be, but don't quite achieve. Ohtel is seriously stylish. It provides a luxurious experience, while being close to the heart of beautiful Wellington. I cant wait to book again! - Gorgeous hotel, fantastic value for money.... what people say » Location was perfect. The room was really well appointed. Was also really impressed with the little bar in the foyer - awesome chicken pie and glass of wine while killing time on my way back to the airport. Highly recommended!

I was travelling with my eldery mother, when I booked a first floor unit the management phoned me straight away with concern that she may not be a... what people say » ble to cope with the stairs. I thank them for that, but she was fit enough to compete in the Masters NZ Track & Field Champs so I knew she would c - staff were incredibly helpful - I need to get some business emails sent and they bent over backwards to help ensure I could. also very friendly and good to talk to about eating out options. Fantasitic place to stay for early flight - they arranged the wake up call and taxi. very stress free.

The convenience of being close to the airport for late night arrivals from Australia. - Everything we needed for an overnight stop before catching an early morning flight home. We were picked up within five minutes of arrival, transported to our spotless, comfortable, quiet room. A wake up call was arranged for us, and an early morning taxi was there waiting for us. I had the best night's sleep, without any worries, after a really good pub meal recommended at the hotel.

  It was clean, and the staff were very friendly and obliging. The daily servicing was very thorough, I cannot praise the cleanliness standards enough.
