  The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception were friendly on arrival and there was nothing which was too much trouble. After travelling it was great that we could immediately get into our room. The food was good and so helpful to have a weekend breakfast special. The Hotel is so close to town, and this is partly why we chose... what people say » it again. - We liked the rooms, the location to what we wanted, the nice smile from the counter staff , the cleaning of the room.. even though we did not put the ' clean room' sign out, The care of the manager /owner when the quake struck with a cold beer.The blankets given when the fire alarm went ...after standing outside for ages.

  Excellent hotel! 5star throughout,the service was exceptional including the evening staff.from check in to check out the whole experience of the Bolton was a great.we stay at many 5star hotels and this was exactly that! Many thanks to staff for such enjoyable stay and going the extra mile for my mothers birthday.also I would like to say the attent... what people say » ion to detail was fantastic and made us feel like we was at home. We will return here.perfect! - Fantastic 2 bedroom apartment within a hotel complex meant that we could all be together in a spacious & comfortable setting. Very friendly & obliging right through from reception & concierge staff to the valets/porters & housekeepers. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.
