The 3brm unit was spacious and very well kept, with modern bathrooms installed. Extremely clean and quite spacious for a 3 bed unit/house. Internet was a wonderful added bonus for the children.

We had a 2 bedroom unit for our family with 2 young children.The unit was clean and tidy. Our hosts were kind enough to lend a big Fisher Price toy which kept our young ones occupied. We were planning to go to Milford Sound the next day and our hosts kept us up-to-date with regards to the road conditions to Milford Sound. There was also laundry and dryer facilities available for us. Wi-Fi Internet was also provided for free which was rare during our trip to New Zealand.

Great to get away from impersonal motel rooms to stay at this warm comfortable and friendly B and B. Ray the host was terrific, very helpful, and added to the relaxed feeling of the place. A great place to stay a night before and night of our 2 hour amazing trip to Milford Sound. This was matched by the friendliness of our host, Ray, quality of hot breakfast, wi-fi, comfort of our room. A 5 minute walk to the waterfront and 15 minute walk to shopping and good restaurants completed a great stay in Te Anau. Mike & Carolyn Ontario -
Delightful setting with all rooms named after a Shakespearean play. Rooms were large, tastefully decorated and warm, with a small ensuite and tea & coffee making facilities. The breakfast was wonderful!! Ray is the perfect host, very friendly and helpful, and a great cook attending even to the smallest details. Highly recommend this B&B.

I loved the customer service! Dianne dd not treat us with animosity as
we were delayed in arriving our first night. She welcomed us with a
smile and helpful information for our tour at Milford Sound early the
next morning. She provided us with other advice around town a well. I
must note that I left my purse there at checkout and went on to

The staff was exceptional - friendly, helpful, warm, and informative. The room was so comfortable and had so many amenities - microwave, French press, fresh milk, refrigerator, teas, coffees! We arrived so late and we were so tired and it was so nice to have such a lovely room in which to stay. I would recommend this place to everyone!!
