  I loved the apartments, we had a balcony so the kids could play outside and the trains kept my little boy very happy indeed. It's close to shops, restaurants etc and we didn't use the car once as there was public transport close by.. Couldn't fault it at all - Everything was fantastic. Great location.   Have just completed a 5 day stay at the Great Ponsonby Arthotel and am delighted I selected this accommodation. A convenient 5 minute stroll off Ponsonby Road and the Inner Link bus to the Auckland CBD everything was top notch from the friendly staff, lovely room and common areas and the fantastic cooked breakfasts. Everything was exceptionally clean and well kept and I can't fault a thing. - enjoyed Sally and the time she spent with us and a local map. LOVED the breakfasts. great surroundings, private areas, enjoyed walking and being so close to the beaches.

  A very easy to find motel, with plenty of parking. We found the room very spacious with lovely under the floor heating in the bathroom. Very clean and tidy. Our room was at The front but the road noise did not bother us, would highly recommend this motel especially if you are wanting to attend an events at Greenlane asb events centre.   Check in was welcoming and efficient, front desk excellent. Friendly efficient and helpful staff particularly Mr. Keroghlian. Pool and spa area excellent. We had a suite on 14 floor overlooking harbour which was well appointed and quiet from city noise and very comfortable. W had stayed here before under the Hyatt management which was not good, so delighted to have new ethos in a very good city hote - We had stayed at the hotel the week before and returned as we found the hotel comfortable, the staff helpful and the location just right for us.   Best airport stop we have ever had. Location very close to airport but no aircraft noise and very quiet area. Several good restaurants within minutes walk of hotel. Beds large and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The free coach service to and from the airport was of real value and when coupled with the long term off street parking for our car while we were away for a couple of weeks was really appreciated.
