The staff were friendly, always greeted us as we passed by and no request was ever too much trouble. Loved the peaceful ambience of the hotel with the low lighting of candles after dark. Loved the location just made for a leisurely stroll or a power walk along the beautiful waterfront. The outdoor cafe worked well for a light breakfast and the restaurant and bar were great at night. All of those things worked together to make our stay special and memorable.

Location close to airport. Very friendly staff. We parked our car for 16 nights during our away holiday. Stayed one night because we had a late flight arrival from Honolulu. Needed a quiet room to put our head down and we got that. The facilities were good linen bathroom very clean. -

We have been on a 7 week trip of Nz and Oz and the Quay West Suites rate the highest amongst all the accommodation we have had. We were very impressed with all the staff from the cleaners to the reception. The suite was comfortable and very clean with a superb view of the harbour. Staff were very accommodating of my 50th birthday girlie gathering. We had booked a three bedroom suite and was upgraded with the extra villa to a two bedroom deluxe suite. Traditional hotels can be hell when you travel as a family of 5 and wan't to stay in the same room. The appartment at Waldorf solved that problem. We found the place reasonably spacy, very comfortable and ideal for us. And not to forget very reasonably priced. I
