I would recommend this hotel. I needed a good nights rest after coming from London (34 hours travel). It was quiet, clean, comfy, good shower pressure, spacious room, fridge, lift to the floors, plenty of parking. The staff were friendly. They securely looked after my laptop for a few hours on the day I checked out, as I didn’t want to leave it with the rest of the temp stored luggage. The location is excellent. Very close to the airport and they also provide a free shuttle service which can be.

Friendly service - we arrived after 9 pm and the kitchen had stopped serving main meals, only snacks were available. The waitress checked with the chef and came back and offered to prepare anything off the menu. Shuttle service from airport was very good. We used this hotel as a transit stopover and were not disappointed. It's budget but good value for money. Every time I have an early flight I like to stay at this hotel as it is excellent value for money. The staff, rooms, breakfast, pool and car parking arrangements (eg. Being able to leave your car there for free) are all excellent and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone needing somewhere to stay before travelling. We wanted somewhere comfortable and affordable for an overnight stay near the airport with a shuttle service available. Also we were quoted $12.50 for breakfast, but with new management the price had gone up to $17.50. We didn't have time to go up to our room and get the quote, so we paid the new price. Had a little difficulty getting through on the phone at the airport. Nothing. all good. Nothing I didn't like. parking didnt affect us this visit but when we go overseas on holiday it usually for 3 weeks .We usually stay the night before we fly out and then the night on return and the car would be parked for free.With your costings now this will be too expensive. we will look elsewhere. The personnel at the front desk was not always immediately available and I had to wait a few minutes several times. Would have liked free wifi in the rooms! Parking can be a problem. Nothing to mention. Soap and toiletries not very good - but easy to buy at local supermarket. Breakfast very overpriced - about $14 for continental and very limited selection. Better off heading to a local cafe and paying a couple of dollars extra for a huge breakfast. The fact that the fridge had little milk (4 pottles)for the room booked for two adults on a overnight stay. Snack bar / restaurant a bit limited after 9pm. Nowhere close-by to eat. The restaurant needs a bit of a make over, it was quite uncomfortable to eat sitting in the chairs and it is in a quite exposed area. Plus the menu could be a bit more extensive. My room was above the car park and could hear people coming and going at all times of the night. Probably if I was a good sleeper, wouldnt notice it. Mattress was a little too soft for us, on times it was a trifle bouncy. It was impossible to get an email or phone reply to my repeated queries as to how to use the shuttlebus service. I had to figure it out for myself once I arrived at the domestic terminal. Pretty poor considering how good the hotel and shuttlebus are. Lobby, reception desk and front-of-house staff could do with some sprucing up to create a better impression and give a warmer welcome. nothing - was great and I would stay again. Beds were a little old and seemed very budget minded. That there was no longer an included buffet breakfast with all rooms. Price of wine too dear!!! No - it was all good. That I couldn't afford 5 star opulence!. no dislikes. Nothing. Nothing. By the time I had checked in and taken a shower it was 1:30am and I was very tired after a 22hour flight. The room was neat adn the bathroom very clean but when I pulled the bed cover over to one side there was a stain on it. The bedsheet had a hole on the edge and the sheets were wrinkled like someone had slep in the bed. Quality checks need to be done on your linnen and your housekeepin staff should report damaged and dirty bedding to management.

Travelling information

We're located at 14 Airpark Drive in the Airpark Business Centre (next to Bendon), only a short drive to Auckland International Airport.

From Auckland City and North: follow SH20A toward the airport on George Bolt Memorial Drive. Turn right at Montgomerie Road lights, then left into Richard Pearse Drive, then left into Airpark. We are straight ahead.

From Manukau and South: follow directions to Auckland Airport and turn right into George Bolt Memorial Drive. Turn left at New Ihumatao Road (2nd roundabout), then right into Airpark Drive and continue along to hotel.
