  Staff were very accommodating - we requested the possibility of leaving our car before we were able to check in and again, after we had checked out for a few hours. Our request was answered promptly and our needs fully met. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant. The cost for a central position was very good value. We would definitely stay aga... what people say » in. We commend the staff on a friendly and efficient job. Thank you. - I really enjoyed my stay here. Great value for money for the facilities they have available eg spa and pool and for the standard of the room, very comfortable and with a balcony! Great location, 5 minute walk to the airport bus and 5 min walk to Sky City Casino. Very friendly and helppful reception staff. I would stay here again for sure.

  The taxi ride from the airport to the hotel was not a pleasant start to our stay in Sydney. A $40. ride turned out to be $77., but when arriving at the hotel the clerk was very nice and friendly and the rooms were available early, with all our baggage that was most appreciated. The clerk helped carry the luggage as we had lots of stairs and no ele... what people say » vator and an older couple with us. Micro, refrigerator and hot water pot was very nice. Bed was nice and clean and walking distance to the rail statio - Free shuttle to/from airport. Came very quickly to pick me up from airport and take me to hotel. Left promptly the next morning to get me back to airport for very early departure. Driver was very friendly. Restaurant, which was closed the night I arrived, gave me some cereal and milk as I was very hungry and it was after 10pm. I would stay there again if I travel to Auckland. The booking was easy online w/bookings.com
