We booked an extra day (prior to our original booking), originally we were not able to book into the same room, however when we arrived lovely staff had arranged another room so that we did not have to book out and back in again. This way we were Abe to relax more. All staff were lovely. I also stay at Oaks on Charlotte when staying in Brisbane. -

Staff were excellent and most helpful with any request. We were on 8th floor and although we didn't have harbour views we found our two bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable and wifi was good
Cold water unit in reception was a bonus to the bottled water in the fridge daily

really friendly and clean. did not charge our credit card before we got there. Unlike the airport hotel where we stayed the night before. If these places charge your credit card before you get there and charge you a 2% fee you might as well use wotif ti find accommodation as well. -

We loved the comfort of our beds, got the best sleep and the staff the were lovely and friendly and couldn't do enough for us to make our stay comfortable, parking was excellent and lovely to be able to walk to the bank and coffee shop just beside it plus only a few minutes away from our conference! And the price was great!!

It's a basic hotel, no frills, you pay for what you get. All of the reception staff were excellent: Very friendly and helpful. I arrived early and a room was made ready immediately. Staff very helpful and friendly, everything worked efficiently in the room, shower, tv, radio, etc. even had a hair dryer. Also it was very quiet, away from city noises. Bed was comfy and I slept well. - Close to CBD

Our room was very comfortable. It had been recently renovated and was large. A very substantial breakfast was included in our room rate. We traveled around NZ by bus so having the bus station right around the corner was very convenient.
