I liked all of it - this is a quirky, little hotel which has the best location - 10 minutes from main station and 2 minutes from Anne Frank's house. Small room but everything you need, including a little fridge, tea and coffee and a complimentary drink when you arrive. Very friendly, efficient staff. The staff were really nice and helpful. When we checked in, the desk agent, named Naddy (sp?) was great. He made sure room was going to accommodate the four of us and all our luggage, and although he warned us of the huge climb to the top floor, we would most likely be happiest there. I imagine he was right. Although it was an attic-like room, it was suitable. Location of apartment is probably the best feature...also nice to have the breakfast food in the mornings.
