The hotel was relaxed and the opportunity to chill out in the lounge with afternoon tea provided was very nice. I noticed some other guests - particularly children seemed to really enjoy it. There was ample seating and it was bright and airy - good for reading or chatting!!
The location was good too on the way to Muckross but near enough to town to walk.
There was a lot of menus of local eateries available in the lobby too which would have been very useful had they been pointed out to us...we

We would definitely recommend this b&b. Obviously Killarney is awash with hotels and similar establishments, but this one was top notch. Very friendly accommadating staff.
Very close to town centre.
My twin room was spacious, and although the shower room was small it had a very good power shower.
Part of our group were expecting a triple room but were given a huge sized quad room with very spacious bathroom.
Excellent breakfast with lots of choice...fruit juice,cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts and then a full Irish breakfast.
I would definately stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

The owners were friendly and helpful, offering options to pay via cash or credit card. They also worked with us to provide an alternate breakfast, as we had to leave early in the morning. Service. The owner greeted us warmly and showed us to our rooms, then made us a pot of tea that we enjoyed as we overlooked the incredibly view of the sea. The place is updated, spacious with good amenities. Mary and James were the perfect hosts making every aspect of our visit stress free including arranging a baby sitter and a lovely seat at a restaurant in town.
The Lodge itself is meticulously maintained and our room was perfect.
Breakfast was lovely and our son loved the pancakes, home made scones were also delicious.
We will be back again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Tralee Holiday Lodge. The room we stayed in was larger than expected, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were all extremely friendly. We were only staying one night and there was a mix-up in the date, my error, but we were still kindly given a room without a problem. The room was clean and comfortable and had a beautiful view of the golf course. We were treated kindly, breakfast was excellent and we would stay here again. -

Stayed in a self catering holiday home, the house had everything you could need in it, it was perfect for us and the 3 kids. the kids had their own rooms, which they loved! and there was even a sofa bed downstairs for an extra friend.The pool was great for the kids, and staff really friendly. kenmare itself is a great spot, lovely pubs, restaurants
