Oh! And the eggs are fresh from the hens in the b - We were welcomed with open arms. When we first showed up we were offered a very welcome tea and scones. The breakfast was great. It includes porridge with Bailey's Irish Cream. Yum! Not only does the owner make his own scones, but he insisted on giving my wife a lesson on how to make them before we left. The countryside location is authenticly Irish. The farmer across the road and his trusty dog moved sheep and cows from field to field each morning. The room was spotless and beautiful.

    This was our first time staying at a B&B. We were made feel very welcome on arrival. Room was spotless and very spacious considering we had a double and two single beds.Kids were very welcome. It was better than some hotels we have stayed at. The breakfast was fab and nothing was too much trouble. Weather was not great that morning so we were not in any hurry to move and neither - Beautiful accommodation expertly furnished to the highest standards to allow a very cosy and homely environment. Perfect location to explore the Ring of Kerry from. All facilities as described, if not more! The bit I love most about this place is its host Jackie who is very friendly and welcoming! She made us feel at home even before we arrived and took the trouble to make sure we find the place and even drove out to guide us to it! I will definitely return and have no reservations to recommend

    The Welcome we received from Mary and James began our stay on a wonderful note. The ambiance of the lodge was so welcoming. The selection of food for breakfast catered to all taste buds and was presented immaculately. Cannot recommend the 19th lodge enough to anybody who desires and irish welcome with close proximity to the golf course and the bea... what people say » ch. It is in a superb location. - Mary and James were the perfect hosts making every aspect of our visit stress free including arranging a baby sitter and a lovely seat at a restaurant in town. The Lodge itself is meticulously maintained and our room was perfect. Breakfast was lovely and our son loved the pancakes, home made scones were also delicious. We will be back again.

    Greta surely was the most personable and friendly host that we stayed with on our recent 2-week tour of Ireland; she greeted us by name and spend a considerable amount of time welcoming us to this fantastic B&B.     Cannot fault these apartments. On arrival the woman on reception was very friendly and helpful. We have a young baby and were able to set up all her bits and bobs in the apartment and it was so homely and comfortable. It was also great to be able to walk out the front door and be in the middle of Killarney. We only took the car out twice and the r... what people say » est of the time we walked.     Amazing Bed and Breakfast!! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the room was exceptional (very clean and had a full kitchen with anything / everything we needed), and the beds were very comfortable. We have traveled quite a bit all over Europe and I can honestly say the breakfast here was the best we have ever had!     Easy to find on the main road into Waterville. Angela very welcoming and gave us some good places to eat dinner. Room was very clean and the breakfast great - the porridge was fantastic :) - Brilliant B&B. Proprieter (Angela) just so welcoming and helpful. Spotlessly clean,great breakfast. Would totally recommend. We stayed for 4 nights.

    Their attention to detail was excellent. Very friendly and efficient in all areas - girls on reception/waiters, etc. Used the Spa, and it was a beautiful experience. Would do it all again! - The food is amazing, I would definatley recommend eating in the restaurant. The therapists in the spa are top class and there is a beautiful vitality suite.
