    The hotel is modern in presentation, and the rooms were impeccable. TheRaddison sas is quite central to the city centre, just a 10 minute walkto the city centre.     This is a lovely hotel, well situated for a good night out, yet in a quiet area. Any staff we encountered were friendly and polite. We first stayed here on a Groupon deal and didn't hesitate to return when we wanted a wee overnight treat for our 31st wedding anniversary. Breakfast as part of the deal was lovely. From we arrived until we departed the staff were polite and friendly making sure that we were satisfied with everything.     my husband and i stayed in the dukes for 2 nights and we had a fantastic time, the hotel is homely and stylish with a real laid back atmostphere our room was spacious with a huge bed which was probably the most comfortable bed ive ever slept in the bathroom was lovely with a huge shower and seperate bath the air conditioning was fantastic as the r... what people say » oom did get very warm at night, we ate in the restaurant on the first night and got a great deal (meal for 2 and bottle of wine 29.99) jenny the recep - The hotel was excellent and exceeded all expectations. Even though our room was one of the smallest available (judging from fire escape plans), in my view this is the best 4 star hotel I stayed in so far. The staff was friendly and helpful. Girls at the reception desk arranged for us to stay another night even with a short notice, despite the hotel was full. I also want to express my gratitude to the guy from the restaurant Marko.     My stay at the Ibis in Belfast coincided with the shocking weather the city experienced on 22nd March 2013. This day was my checkout and seeing what was happening with the weather I asked the receptionist to hold my room which they could do until 6pm. I thought by then I would have an idea if flights from the City Airport.would be operating, as it... what people say » turned out it was until almost 8pm when we knew what was happening. They kept my reservation open for me to get back and check in for the extra night - hotel staff were very helpful , we had a young baby with us and they gave us a travel cot in the room for her . The hotel is very close to the centre of town with plenty of bars and restaurants close by . There's a bar restaurant across the road and the food was very good and reasonable and the staff were lovely .I'd have no hesitation in recommending the Ibis hotel , we stayed there before and will again .

    I arrived early and we were able to check in early at short notice, I also liked the fact that breakfast was served until 11:30 and check out wasn't until 12:00, it meant we weren't rushing around in the morning. - The room was large enough for a family of four (in two double beds), was clean and quiet.     I stayed at the ibis for 5 nights last week and I couldn't fault a thing about the the place. The staff are very friendly and will do anything to help you. I did not eat in the hotel so I can't comment on the food but there are lots of lovely places to eat nearby. The location is brilliant, in the heart of the queens quarter and not far from the ... what people say » city centre. I was impressed with the size of the room and it was very comfortable. Overall, a great stay and I will definitely be back! - Everything about this hotel was amazing for the price. It's not a luxury hotel in the absolute sense, but it certainly felt like one for the amount they charged. Definitely my favorite hotel of my trip. Customer service was on point. Their location is about a 15 minute walk to and from the train station. If I'm ever in Belfast again, this will be my first choice.

    It is very close to QUB so was quite convenient, as I was attending a conference there. It's proximity to Botanic Station and the variety of restaurants in the area were a definite plus.     The staff at Benedicts were great, they were so helpful and really pleasant. The food in the restaurant/bar was delicious and arrived well presented and was good value for money. We stayed in the executive suite which had a spa bath which was better than I had expected it to be plus the king size bed was soooo comfy! I've stayed in a lot of hotels... what people say » but this is one of the best for its price. I would recommend that you upgrade to the executive suite as it is only an extra £10 and is worth it. - Exceptional hotel facilities with even better staff - Benedict's is the place to stay in Belfast. Rooms are exceptionally furnished and quite large - the jacuzzi tub in the executive king is AWESOME! Staff is exceptionally helpful, courteous, and friendly. The attached nightclub is a load of fun - great for a night out or for some hilarious people watching :) Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at in all my European travels :)

    Good sized bath an bed, staff couldn't do enough to ensure we got a room even though that particular night the snow and weather was atrocious and every hotel in Belfast was booked out, we managed to make a booking online but when we got to the hotel my phone battery had died with our booking confirmation on it, their computers were down and they h... what people say » ad no record of our booking whatsoever yet still fully accommodated us and did so even without having my credit on me, staff couldn't do enough and th - The staff were efficient and fairly friendly. The rooms were clean, and comfortable. Although the hotel is a bit out of the way from Belfast city centre, there are lots of restaurants and bars in the surrounding area if you don't mind a wee walk and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel entrance (although no Sunday service, unfortunately). The Balmoral is good value for money. I would definitely stay here again.
