    The location was excellent with the staff very friendly and helpful. The taxi tours outside the hotel were also excellent - clenleyness and the helpful staff,plus the location,just round the corner from the bus station and shoping centres.

    Very friendly staff at reception, made us feel very welcome, in fact we this was a common thing we found in Belfast. Had a meal in RGB restaurant and it was excellent. Staff here did great work despite being very busy and perhaps a little understaffed. Breakfast next morning was buffet and was excellent. Bed was high and very comfy, didn't have a problem with the pillows as stated in the previous comments. The shower was amazing and the bathroom was huge for a 3star!     The hotel is modern in presentation, and the rooms were impeccable. TheRaddison sas is quite central to the city centre, just a 10 minute walkto the city centre.     This is a lovely hotel, well situated for a good night out, yet in a quiet area. Any staff we encountered were friendly and polite. We first stayed here on a Groupon deal and didn't hesitate to return when we wanted a wee overnight treat for our 31st wedding anniversary. Breakfast as part of the deal was lovely. From we arrived until we departed the staff were polite and friendly making sure that we were satisfied with everything.     The location was excelllent. The leisure facilities were brilliant. Most unexpected - usually a central location does not have leisure facilities as well. It was also good that breakfast was served until 11.00am at weekends. - Holiday Inn was easy to get to and we were received very well by courteous and competent staff.     I arrived early and we were able to check in early at short notice, I also liked the fact that breakfast was served until 11:30 and check out wasn't until 12:00, it meant we weren't rushing around in the morning. - The room was large enough for a family of four (in two double beds), was clean and quiet.     It was very nice to have a fridge and microwave in the suite. The owner was very nice and friendly. The suite we were in had a sitting room with sofa, 2 chairs, and tv; a kitchen/dining area with microwave, cooker, washer, dryer, sink and supplies; a large bath with shower, sink, and commode; and 2 guest rooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with a dou... what people say » ble and single). Everything was very clean and comfortable. - The owners were lovely and couldnt do enough for us if we needed anything we only had to ask. The room was very spacious with comfy bed. Free wifi. Complimentry tea qnd coffee tray with enough to keepus going all weekend unlike chains of accomodation which uusualy provide enough for one cup. Would highly recommend to people wantimg a short city break. I will deffinately be booking again.

The hotel itself is perfect. The staff were extremely helpful, the rooms large and spacious, beautiful bathrooms, everywhere spotlessly clean. Over our stay we had breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel which were all very good and excellent value, altho the portions could do with being smaller - we had no room for puddings!

Even though our room was one of the smallest available (judging from fire escape plans), in my view this is the best 4 star hotel I stayed in so far. The staff was friendly and helpful. Girls at the reception desk arranged for us to stay another night even with a short notice, despite the hotel was full. I also want to express my gratitude to the guy from the restaurant Marko. He went more than a mile (literally) out of his way to assist us

    good clean hotel, rooms are comfortable, breakfast was very good, staff very friendly, good parking and easy access to motorway. I have stayed at this hotel before and had an evening meal, the food was very good - Lovely reception and welcome, helpful staff - great room, nice and clean and lovely size.     My stay at the Ibis in Belfast coincided with the shocking weather the city experienced on 22nd March 2013. This day was my checkout and seeing what was happening with the weather I asked the receptionist to hold my room which they could do until 6pm. I thought by then I would have an idea if flights from the City Airport.would be operating, as it... what people say » turned out it was until almost 8pm when we knew what was happening. They kept my reservation open for me to get back and check in for the extra night - hotel staff were very helpful , we had a young baby with us and they gave us a travel cot in the room for her . The hotel is very close to the centre of town with plenty of bars and restaurants close by . There's a bar restaurant across the road and the food was very good and reasonable and the staff were lovely .I'd have no hesitation in recommending the Ibis hotel , we stayed there before and will again .

When I got in to the room wow it looks beautiful, romantic, cozy and very clean. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I love the dry Cereal that the chef cook. I hope we could get that as a gift or to have it at home very tasty. The cocktail drinks at the bar is perfect and not too expensive.
