  Bra läge, fint rum. Trevlig personal. - The location was excellent with the staff very friendly and helpful. The taxi tours outside the hotel were also excellent - clenleyness and the helpful staff,plus the location,just round the corner from the bus station and shoping centres.

  Very friendly staff at reception, made us feel very welcome, in fact we this was a common thing we found in Belfast. Had a meal in RGB restaurant and it was excellent. Staff here did great work despite being very busy and perhaps a little understaffed. Breakfast next morning was buffet and was excellent. Bed was high and very comfy, didn't have a problem with the pillows as stated in the previous comments. The shower was amazing and the bathroom was huge for a 3star!   Reception med personal. När jag där framförde mitt klagomål på restaurangen kompenserade de mig omedelbart. Jag kände mig mycket väl bemött där trots det ligger det andra kvar i mitt minne. Jag var på conferens där hotellet stod för merparten av mina utgifter. Det anvisade hotell Hilton (där konferensen var) var fullbokad. TheRaddison sas is quite central to the city centre, just a 10 minute walkto the city centre. The staff were very helpful and pleasan to dealwith. And another nice touch, parking was free for our weekend stay.Bonus! I would definitely recommend this hotel.   This is a lovely hotel, well situated for a good night out, yet in a quiet area. Any staff we encountered were friendly and polite. We first stayed here on a Groupon deal and didn't hesitate to return when we wanted a wee overnight treat for our 31st wedding anniversary. Breakfast as part of the deal was lovely.   The location was excelllent. The leisure facilities were brilliant. Most unexpected - usually a central location does not have leisure facilities as well.   What can I say? A beautiful house set in a beautiful position on the side of Lough Neagh. The welcome was very warm and the accommodation and breakfast were immaculate.   It was very nice to have a fridge and microwave in the suite. The owner was very nice and friendly. The suite we were in had a sitting room with sofa, 2 chairs, and tv; a kitchen/dining area with microwave, cooker, washer, dryer, sink and supplies; a large bath with shower, sink, and commode; and 2 guest rooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with a dou... vad folk säger » ble and single). Everything was very clean and comfortable. - The owners were lovely and couldnt do enough for us if we needed anything we only had to ask. The room was very spacious with comfy bed. Free wifi. Complimentry tea qnd coffee tray with enough to keepus going all weekend unlike chains of accomodation which uusualy provide enough for one cup. Would highly recommend to people wantimg a short city break. I will deffinately be booking again.

Even though our room was one of the smallest available (judging from fire escape plans), in my view this is the best 4 star hotel I stayed in so far. The staff was friendly and helpful. Girls at the reception desk arranged for us to stay another night even with a short notice, despite the hotel was full. I also want to express my gratitude to the guy from the restaurant Marko. He went more than a mile (literally) out of his way to assist us
