  They reserved taxis for us to go to the airport, and confirmed them for us the next morning. They were very accomodating. - Fantastic welcome, even though we arrived after midnight. Friendly staff, wonderful hotel, very convenient from airport

  We've never stayed here before but we enjoyed our stay so much we are definitely going back next year!! All of the staff were lovely but Ella and Steve in the Bar really stood out! The room was pristine clean and I was delighted when I stepped into the bathroom in my bare feet - the tiles were warm with underfloor heating and there were heated towel rails.   Beautiful grounds, the view of the cascades, the front of hotel was gorgeous. The spa was fantastic, outdoor hot tub was a real treat. Pool at night time provided a great ambience. Sauna with glass wall again contributed to lovely atmosphere. Lovely service in Thai restaurant and a great meal. Breakfast had great selection also.   Very friendly and generous hosts, Martin and Marian McDonagh really looked after us in their cosy B&B. Comfortable room and excellent breakfast.   We had a lovely stay in the Anchor Inn, the room was beautifull with a lovely ensuite and nice powerfull shower. Once we arrived a basket was delivered to the room with tea, coffee bottled water and ice bucket with ice and a jar of cookies. The room was very clean and extremly comfortable. The food is the resturant was amazing and i defo recommend... vad folk säger » getting the shared dessert. - Everything. Room was better than a hotel. I had to take down the name of the mattress because it was the most comfortable bed i have slept in. Food was 5 star. Great value for money, cant wait to go back.

  What an amazing stay we had at the Castle Mews. We didn't actually meet the amazing Dolores until the morning at breakfast (she had to pick up her 'scallywag son' - her delightful words), but she left helpful voice mails & notes at the house and my friend & I were able to get settled in & ready with no problem. After a LATE night out at the castle feast & Durty Nellies we stumbled in for our (thankfully) late breaky and had the be - The owner of the Mews is such a sweet heart. So very welcoming! The mews is a real interesting place and the breakfast is to your heart content! The mews is literally 10 mins walk from the castle. No car needed. If you attend a late banquet, don't forget to pack a torch with you for your way back!

We had booked our reservation on-line 5 minutes before we showed up at their door and we were greeted as if we were friends they'd been expecting for months.   I stayed post valentines day with my partner and unexpectedly got engaged! It was a perfect setting and I adored the decor of the courtyard suites...was only sorry we could not stay and enjoy them longer. Staff were very friendly but not intrusive.   The staff in this hotel were excellent - friendly, helpful, couteous. In fact as one who stays in lots of hotels they were some of the best I have come across and they need to be commended. That alosne would bring me back but also the view, the location etc is first class.
