  Beautiful grounds, the view of the cascades, the front of hotel was gorgeous. The spa was fantastic, outdoor hot tub was a real treat. Pool at night time provided a great ambience. Sauna with glass wall again contributed to lovely atmosphere. Lovely service in Thai restaurant and a great meal. Breakfast had great selection also. Location was great... vad folk säger » so close to lahinch and many other Clare attractions. - Location is excellent Food was really excellent Other local facilities were easy to get to i.e Cliffs of Moher, Lahinch Golf and Lisdoonvarna and Doolin not far away in this lovely part of Co. Clare

  I stayed post valentines day with my partner and unexpectedly got engaged! It was a perfect setting and I adored the decor of the courtyard suites...was only sorry we could not stay and enjoy them longer. Staff were very friendly but not intrusive. We ate in Darbys which struck a nice balance between good (not gourmet) food and relaxed atmosphere.... vad folk säger » Breakfast in the long room, if lucky enough to have a window seat, is pretty special as well. This is not a cheap hotel but off peak it's amazingly g - Doonbeg reminded me of withering heights driving up to it but has the luxury fell inside like an old manor .   That there was Wireless Internet. Enjoyed the ability to contact friendsat home of our safe arrival via email. Also, glad to see an elevator, itwas nice that we did not have to carry our heavy luggage upstairs as wehave at other BandB'S. The staff was very friendly and thoughtful. We hadjet lag and missed the timeframe for breakfast but they gracio... vad folk säger » usly setus up with breakfast before we left. - This hotel was superb; staff, food, bedroom was fantatic but I would say that the best part of my stay was the Leisure Centre - excellent Jacuzzi and the Spa was sublime, would certainly recommend all to visit. I believe this hotel should be upgraded to a 4 star at least, well done!

  The staff are extremely friendly and the swimming pool was heated to perfection, very good spa with excellent staff all round at this hotel .The complimentary transport to and from Ennis when requested was great .

  It was a very friendly, family run hotel. The food was of excellent quality and good value. Our room was more than adequate for our stay. We only stayed one night but wished were staying longer. We would definately recommend this hotel to family and friends. - Lynn was very friendly and helpful about where to go and what to do - very knowledge... vad folk säger » able about the area. Falconry lesson was a great experience with friendly and knowledgeable handler. TJ was a Harris Falcon and not intimidating. The grounds are wonderful and well kept. You just can't beat it. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The bathrooms are large and have heated mirrors so they never fogged up. The staff is hospitable and informative. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return to take advantage of all the amenities.

  Very friendly and helpful staff, (Thanks to the manager for directions to the hairdresser ...much appreciated !) leisure facilities impressive, great value overall - everything and we will return. We liked very much the athmosphere in Ennis town also which will influence our desire to return
