The location was excellent with the staff very friendly and helpful. The taxi tours outside the hotel were also excellent. clenleyness and the helpful staff,plus the location,just round the corner from the bus station and shoping centres.Rooms were nice, staff helpful/friendly. Had evening meal in the restaurant and it was first class. The pleasant and helpful manner of all the staff. Be very happy to stay at Jurys again !!.

There were stag and hen parties causing alot of noise outside the rooms but when we complained the staff were very sorry and offered a full refund. no on site parking - would be difficult if you had a lot of luggage/ shopping to bring to and from hotel without help otherwise no complaints. Not the hotel itself but as we paid £15 for parking I would not like to have to pay the full parking rate for more than one night. Also had to wait until we arrived at the hotel to know where there was suitable parking as it is difficult to tell from city maps which car park is appropriate - the one we thought we could use from consulting a map beforehand was actually closed. Temperature of the room - unbearably warm.Cooking smells in the lobby. there could be a better selection on ur pub grub menu. lack of car park. Few spaces on the street, much more in multi-storey on Hope Street 18 pounds per day. Lack of parking at the hotel, ended up paying a lot for off-site park.Only issue would be not having a car park. Dining Room was a little lacking in atmosphere. bouncers on door in the evening were disguisting they were young men who thought they were hard men we are trying to promote northern ireland and this did not certainly help. Bin men in the morning and noise. Also charging for WIFI is outragous. For example previous week stayed in Clarion in Cork wifi in my room but you wanted £5 per hour or £10 per day. Parking is also an issue could you not have some arrangements with local car park authorities fror a reduced rate.Due to nearby building works our sleep was disturbed by extreme noise at7.00am on the friday it would have been nice to have been warned inadvance about this inconvenience. BREAKFAST SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN PRICE. The car parking was a good bit away from the hotel. There was a problem with our booking. I changed it to include 2 rooms and 4 people but they didn't have a record of the change and the hotel was booked out but they managed to accomadate us.Breakfast is very expensive.Quality of evening meals is average. Would be bext advided to eat elsewhere. Towels and pillows were not supplied for correct number of guests in bedroom and were of very poor quality.price of breakfast.
