Both my wife and myself loved everything about shealane guest house. I would say it was easily the best we have stayed in. Jim and Mary ,the owners were very hospitable, the breakfasts amazing and the house itself was beautifully located. I don't think we have stayed in any hotels which could compete with the hospitality of the owners and the range and quality of the breakfasts. A big thank you to them both for a memorable trip.

Brilliant staff - Sile in particular was great and extremely helpful with tips for exploring the area and even made us feel special by offering us gourmet hot chocolate upon arrival, given as it was our 10th wedding anniversary.
Brilliant location - looking out on the most amazing sea view, cliffs and unspoilt nature. We could see the sea from our bed - how more romantic can one get?

This is a beautiful, small guest facility (14 rooms) that has a very nice ambience. Each room is a little different, but all well thought out and decorated. The breakfast area is delightful and the service is personal. The food was both fresh and freshly prepared. The common areas are all very inviting. It was about a ten minute walk from the B & B to town. The room was spotless and it was so quiet there it was amazing. Dingle was one of our favorite towns. We saw a great seisun up at a local church. St. James. They apparently do these relatively regularly. And Murphy's Ice Cream is incredible. It is made from Kerry cows, of which there are only about one thousand in the world...very creamy.
