Residential area, very safe. Comfy house, complete kitchen stuffs for daily cooking, good cable and wifi access. Vidal is very sweet. He provided us with all the info we need to roam around the city. He was very accomodating and he is willing to extend just to make your stay the best. Good cost of money!!!!

  The staff was great! We arrived at 2 am and they were waiting for us with everything ready. The next morning they helped us tremendously with our car reservation ( which the car company could not find). This was very much appreciated since it was a holiday in France and most places were closed. We felt like we were guest in here home, not just staying in a generic h - Ideal location for sightseeing in Paris. Located in vicinity to Louvre. You can walk to all famous touristic places easily from Louvre to Notre Dame. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was bigger than we expected but clean and tidy with TV-panel on the wall. Reception working 24-7, taxi to airport - no problem. Nice renovated room with new furniture. We'll definetely be back again.

  My 17 days stay in Residence Nell was perfect. I booked a classical apartment, and it's a real apartment consisting of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Everything is clean, stylish, and modern. The living room is pretty large, with a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV, and dining zone. Tea, coffee capsules and suga - The hotel location is very convenient with many cafes, grocery stores and metro stations nearby. Elsa, Xavier and the lady on duty the day of our departure (1/12/13 around 12:00 pm) were particularly outstanding on their performance. We truly felt this was our home away from home.   We loved that the hotel had old world charm. It is what we envisioned as a true Parisian hotel with beautiful decorating and furniture. The room was satisfactory in size with a nice bathroom.   My daughter and I stayed at Hotel Home Latin in February 2013 for one night. We arrived at the hotel around 7:30 am straight from CDG airport, and the hotel had a room ready for us. The man at the front desk was polite and accommodating. Internet was free and worked well. The location is great. We could leave our luggage for a few hours after we checked out. - I liked my room - a single room on the sixth floor, small, well-appointed, quiet and comfortable; I liked the breakfast - yogurt, cereal, juice, eggs, sausage, ham, toast, bread, pain au chocolat, coffee...; I liked the location, close to the sights and restaurants and boutiques of St. Germain des Pres but on a quiet street; I liked the helpful staff. I will definitely return!
