For it's location (Latin Quarter), the price was quite reasonable. Communication with the hotel staff prior to our arrival was very friendly and helpful.

  A super place to stay if you like Bastille and Marais. And the appartment was perfect for my daughter and I. We have used this hotel 6 times! The 'normal room rate' would greatly change my review, but when there are rooms available for around 40 euros a night, the value, location and quality is second to none.
