  Location was great, just a couple of minutes from metro station. The room was spacious and well lit, clean and cosy. However it was a little cold (I stayed there in March). The personnel spoke English and was very friendly. Very good price/quality. Would definitely stay there again. - friendly helpfull staff and the location, nice part of paris

There were two if us lived in a three-person room, so it's really comfortable for us. The best thing is the wifi is able in your room! But in this area, Black people lives there and it looks like really really dangerous to us especially when it gets dark..!! if you have money to stay in the centre of paris you can choose it. otherwise you have to come back hotel before it gets dark.
