  The lady in the hotel was super nice and welcoming! She was a delight first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening. Location is great, a stone-throw from the station Gare du Lyon and two metro lines.   I could not fault this hotel. It was great value for Paris. It's not luxury, but it had everything I needed. The water was always hot. The room was well heated. Everything was spotlessly clean. There were two if us lived in a three-person room, so it's really comfortable for us. The best thing is the wifi is able in your room! There is no locker on the dor of the toilet, so you can't lock the door! - Location was good, you can walk the subway station and then youcan go the centrw of Paris. But in this area, Black people lives there and it looks like really really dangerous to us especially when it gets dark..!! if you have money to stay in the centre of paris you can choose it. otherwise you have to come back hotel before it gets dark.

Wi-Fi was free. Breakfast cost additional 8 euros per day per person, but it was tasty and cheap within the average cost of meal in Paris. There is a lift which isn't common when staying in Paris so the lift was small but useful. The wifi was fast. The room and bathroom were very clean. The facilities were modern and well looked after. This fact made me feel really safe to came back to the hotel at night. The team was kindly since the reception until helping with useful informations as I needed.
