Have previously stayed at this hotel, which was why we came back. Staff extremely polite and helpful, hotel clean and well situated for my need during the stay. Metro station is 100 metres from hotel and the centre of Paris is reachable in 15 minutes although Metro can be very packed during the rush hours. Hotel is very clean. Bed sheets, towels were refreshed daily and very clean. Hotel staff are very friendly and speak very good English. We were able to leave our luggage with the hotel after checking out whilst we explored a bit more of Paris on our last day. We did not have the hotel breakfast, it looked OK but costly for a family of 5, we used the

I didn't know the area at all, and didn't want to waste time searching for everything and didn't have my i-phone. An the night receptionist googled everything for me, printed stuff off and directed me. Nothing was too much trouble, I was feeling tired and they even let me stay an hour later. The hotel in itself was very modern, quiet, clean and had gorgeous design features and furniture.....lovely place!!! Would stay again!!!!
