  This was our second visit and we will definitely visit again. We really liked the beautiful artwork and details throughout the hotel. Each room was immaculate and individually decorated. The pool was free for guests and clean with plenty of seating around it. There were various areas to relax throughout the hotel, both inside and outside. Ines herself went out her way to meet all - Lovely location set amongst other villas, close to restuarants, minimarket, Borik beach and Puntamika marina. Very quiet, nice rooms. Very pretty swimming pool and surrounding gardens. Lovely staff, who offered us a complimentary glass of red wine and cake one afternoon. Zadar old time within a 25 minute walking distance, short bus or tourist train ride.

  The room was very very clean, and it was like a hotel knowing that it is not a hotel. And unlike what people said it was a very quiet night for us. We did not hear anything from the street. And the room even had tea and coffee and the staff were very helpful and I had forgotten a key there and they called me and followed me to the next destination... what people say » to return it. Very good experience - The room was very spacious, modern, nice decor, well laid out - and spotless. Very comfortable bed, lovely cotton bedlinen. Despite being in the centre of the old town, the double glazing prevented any noise disturbance. Great shower. A perfect location hidden among the old streets.

  This hotel is run by very empatic, humanistic and customer centric women - Anika. We came to Croatia with our 2-year old daughter who felt unwell and had 38 temperature. None of us knew Croatian but this was no barrier in our communication... Anika, helped to find and liaise with doctors and supported us everywhere we went that evening sacrificin... what people say » g her personal time. Anika's granddaughter Sanela collected us from the Zadar coach station (free of charge) which we found very convenient after a lo - this was the first place we stayed in croatia.anika greeted us with a lovely juice and sat us down for a chat.was very welcoming.room was spacious,clean.nice shared balcony and kitchen.anika gave us fruit and a sandwich before we left in the morning and dropped us to the bus station for a modest fee.she made it a very positive stay for us.highly recommended

  Incredible place. I have seen some reviews which state the hotel is quite far from the town centre. It is a little further out but this is by no means a bad thing! You easily walk into town in 20 minutes and it is straight down the road so you can't get lost and is a very pleasant walk on a nice evening to work up an appetite. The location also means if you have a car you can ac - We stayed at this brand new hotel for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. They have such an awesome business! The rooms are quiet, clean, modern.. pretty much perfect. The people working in the hotel are the kindest people we met the whole holiday (we went to 5 different hotels). The breakfast was really good! They also give you all the information you want. The beds are very comfortable. We are coming back next year and recommend this hotel to anyone.

  We spent four nights at Villa Ivana and had a wonderful time. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable, with a nice atmosphere and only a few meters from the beach. The host is very friendly and helpful - he gave us a lot of useful tips on how to spend our vacation and also recommended all of the good restaurants nearby. The place is a litt... what people say » le far from the old town (cca 4km) but there's a bus station very close to the villa as well as a tourist train, so there is no problem getting into t - The owners were amazing! Their hospitality showed through when booking us our taxi to and from the airport, giving recommendations for restaurants, serving our breakfast, and ensuring our stay was comfortable. They even walked us out to the taxi when we left. Breakfast was fabulous! The room was comfortable. The location is great. I highly recommend this villa. It really made our stay memorable. We will definitely stay again!
