Very good location (2 mn walk to city centre). Very warm welcome. The host helped us to park the car (quite appreciable in Split !). The rooms are brand new. Each room has a private outdoor terrace. - The owner was amazing and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. I felt like a princess at the cottage. The grounds are beautiful.

This was a great hotel. Very modern with good facilities and friendly, helpful staff. The room we had was very clean, in fact the whole hotel was spotless, and a good size with great shower room and good size balcony with table and 2 chairs. The bed was very comfortable. Architecturally and as measured by position views etc. this is a gem.
In the case of the experience at the hotel we were not let down. Staff
were excellent, always helpful and friendly. Facilities were great;
wonderful outdoor pool with towels provided and poolside service .
Excellent breakfasts individually made if required. A lovely walk along
the waterfront took you to the old town in about 40 minutes or taxi

The rooms were stylish and modern, very big and it all looked really new. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great too - adequate selection. The hotel has a large car park which we needed for our hire car. We took a taxi into old town only cost between 40 and 50Kuna about Eur 6 -7. So location was good if you have a car.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are very comfortable, with direct access to the outdoor pool (which, by the way, has some beds to stay in the sun where you can easily fall asleep and spend hours and hours).
Breakfast is very complete and it is served in the terrace of your room, which is next to the outdoor pool.
