The rooms were stylish and modern, very big and it all looked really new. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great too - adequate selection. The hotel has a large car park which we needed for our hire car. We took a taxi into old town only cost between 40 and 50Kuna about Eur 6 -7. So location was good if you have a car. Place was fabulous! Total understated luxury, perfect spot after a longflight! Everyone helpful, friendly, and atmosphere was awesome, thisbased on a group of rooms and trvellers. We raved about the Atrium allweek to the group we were with!.

Pool and Spa are wonderful.modern,comfortable design hotel with a very convinient price. the room was nice and clean; it is close to a shopping mall; easy to find when coming from the highway. Position close to the city centre. When we first arrived at the hotel (22nd August) we had a very early flight after arriving at the hotel they told us that our room would not be ready until 2pm, which was fair enough but after arriving back at the hotel at 1.45pm we were told the room was not cleaned and it would be another 20 mins, then it was another 20 mins then another which was extremely frustrating after getting up at 2.30a. location. parking could be cheeper. went to the hotel restaurant, great range of breakfast. however, went there for lunch, and the presentation was poor, soup was spilt and the ice coffee that I ordered looked very tragic. also couldnt find bathrobe in the room. location is a bit far. however, this is more designed for business travellers. Location is a bit too far away from the center of town for walking.The breakfast offering does not provide the variety of foods offered at other hotels I have stayed at; I have stayed in 3 Star hotels which in fact offered a better range; for example on only one of the 3 mornings that I stayed was there any fish available. Too dark equippment (beds). cold water in the pool !. the location is not good. too far from the old town; it is in the industrial part of Split. cannot walk to anything. perhaps good for business meetings, but not for a tourist. Ultra-modern computer light switches malfunctioned and we had to get someone from maintenance to shut off a circuit breaker so the hall light would go off. Bathroom is beautiful but not well designed for use. There should be towel racks near the sinks. the breakfast was like at a three stars hotel, the same selection every day, the fruits weren't fresh; also, it is quite far from the old city (20 minutes of walking quite fast).I did not like the communication with the cleaning staff and check in. At check out there was also a husband of the staff member drunk and taking up the check in staffs time. It took over 20 mins to check out and for a 5 star hotel that is just not goo enough. breakfasts were poor for a five star hotel. Food supposed to be hot was cold every day.Everything was quite fine. I'm satisfied and pleased with hotel staff friendliness.
