  What a great little find! The rooms had everything you could ask for - kitchen, TV, outside area, air con and even a washing machine! The apartment was small but really had everything you need and was very homeley. The location was great about 10 minutes walk to the centre of Split. Near to the steps up to Marjan hill for a bit of countryside esc... what people say » ape. Great hosts, really friendly, kind, helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommended. - The owner and his family are very nice. The apartment was nicely furnished (stereo, DVD player, DVD's, knick-knacks from around the world). The owner left 2 beers, a bottle of orange juice, and a bottle of water in the refigerator and informed me that they were for me- I thought this was a nice touch. I had problems finding the apartment, and the owner came to meet me. The location is good- about a 7-10 minute walk to the old city section (Diocletian's Palace) of Split.

  Location, very close to the beach, center and port. Also close to a super market. - Compact apartment, clean and close to old town and the beach. There was a good supermarket nearby and no noisy late night bars to contend with. The owner was very helpful and allowed us to stay until we needed to go for our flight. We were able to park outside and leave the car during our stay. The hosts showed us 2 lovely new apartments they were renovating which looked luxurious and they hope will be ready soon. They provided extra pillows and blankets when we asked, and they fixed our heater as soon as we indicated a problem. We were contacted a few days before tve arrival and they arranges a taxi picup at the airport. we were met by one from the staff where the taxi stoped and shown the way. The apartment was in the old part of Split with the old city charm.
