  What a great little find! The rooms had everything you could ask for - kitchen, TV, outside area, air con and even a washing machine! The apartment was small but really had everything you need and was very homeley. The location was great about 10 minutes walk to the centre of Split. Near to the steps up to Marjan hill for a bit of countryside esc... what people say » ape. Great hosts, really friendly, kind, helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommended. - The owner and his family are very nice. The apartment was nicely furnished (stereo, DVD player, DVD's, knick-knacks from around the world). The owner left 2 beers, a bottle of orange juice, and a bottle of water in the refigerator and informed me that they were for me- I thought this was a nice touch. I had problems finding the apartment, and the owner came to meet me. The location is good- about a 7-10 minute walk to the old city section (Diocletian's Palace) of Split.

  Location, very close to the beach, center and port. Also close to a super market. - Compact apartment, clean and close to old town and the beach. There was a good supermarket nearby and no noisy late night bars to contend with. The owner was very helpful and allowed us to stay until we needed to go for our flight. He provided wine for us to drink... what people say » whilst we were there and even tried to give us a bottle to bring home which we had to decline due to luggage restriction.

  Tonci, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is large with plenty of storage space. There is a separate bedroom and a combined setting room and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with very nice appliances. The bath is large and has a washing machine. The location is a short distance to the old town.   The people that work at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided all sorts of information about getting around town and over to the islands nearby. They provided extra pillows and blankets when we asked, and they fixed our heater as soon as we indicated a problem. We were contacted a few days before tve arrival and they arranges a taxi picup at the airport. we were met by one from the staff where the taxi stoped and shown the way. The apartment was in the old part of Split with the old city charm.   We had a great time at the apartman Stonne wall. Ante met us at the port and took us to the apartment which was spotlessly clean and well presented. It was in a great location only 5 minutes from the palace, beach and port. It was all pedestrian so really quiet and the bed was very comfy so we slept really well. Ante gave us lots of info about Spl... what people say » it and nice restaurants to try.As an added bonus Ante offered us a lift to the airport for our return flight which made things easier. All in all we h - It is very well situated: near the ferry and the bus station. Connections or day trips are easy and you are saving time. The sandy beach is very close as well as the grocery or the market to buy fresh local products. Travel books and maps were available in the appartment. The travel agency suggested for the waterfall park is the most convenient in Split and the cheapest. Nice follow up buy the owner buy email confirming the arrival time. Nice service.and english speaking.

  My sister and i was in Croatia (Split) first time. And i`m glad that we visited this city and chose this apartment. I felt very good there. Tonchi (the owner) was very hospitable and friendly. It was very pleasant! And our apartment was comfortable with good design, there we could find everything what we needed for rest. I hope we will come back there again - The apartment was very clean and spacious with all possible equipment. It was also on a calm area so it was peacefull staying there. Owner Tonci was extremely friendly and helpful through out out whole stay starting from the fact that he picked us up from the bus station on the day of out arrival. He also gave us plenty of information about Split and made sure we as his guests enjoyed our stay. All and all we enjoyed our stay at this apartment.

The owners, the service (they went out of their way to serve us), very professional, a couple of restaurants within walking distance that have phenomenal food and were recommonded by the owners. The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the tourist area: near enough to walk, far enough to be very quiet at night. The room was immaculate and there was plenty of space for two or three people. It is an easy 10 minute walk to old town. Good breakfast and safe location. I'll stay here again.
