Very friendly and helpful staff , good breakfast , the location a few meters from the beach , a beach bar and private olive-tree grove with sun beds - each room has its own , sea and mountains view , understanding children :)

This was the best experience I've ever had with lodging. Our flight arrived in late at night. We were tired and hungry. We were able to skip checkin and go directly to the apartment. The owner was kind enough to bring us food from his own apartment so that we would have something to eat. The apartment was large, clean, and had that new smell.

The accomodation was SUPER, we except something nice, we got something AWESOME.
Our vacation wouldn't be the same in another appartement. Everything we needed was at Vila Novak.
Zlatko knows the island, gives you a lot of useful advice and things to do on the island.

First the site. A beautiful small fishing harbour surrounded by hills covered with woods and topped by the old town of Labin. The water is crystal clear and it is easy to travel by boat to the Istrian islands like Cres. If you are lucky and we were twice, you can meet packs or families of dolphins in the srait between Cres and the mainland.

I liked everything about the apartment and it's owners. Excellently equipped apartments, new furniture, quiet area near center and the beach and the owners were so friendly it was a real pleasure to stay there. Would most definitely go back and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Large apartment, really nice modern design. Own (small) terrace with see view. Free parking. Quick free wifi. Really close to the beach (2 minutes walk) and the main harbor (5 min) with many great local restaurants and bars. We liked and appreciated really much the gift champagne and wines, it was really a nice surprise, and a great start of our vacation to drink the nice wine on the balcony - it's very rare that you get such gifts in other hotels/apartments.

Everything was very clean and new.
I highly recommend this venue to all of you who want to stay in Novalja. If you are looking to go Zrcè, this venue is the best one (Close to the downtown of Novalja, close to the bus station to Zrcè, close to Supermarket...)

Our room (Deluxe double with sea view) was very spacious, brand new and immaculately clean. Calling it a sea view is a stretch but we were very comfortable and the staff were friendly. We would stay here again.
