Very nice hosts, we loved them!! We were a group of young people on a party trip and it was perfect! It was okay to come home anytime or to use the balcony for pre-partying! The pool is huge and very clean, the villa is near the centre and some minutes from big supermarkets. There was some trouble with the wifi but they immediately helped us. Ever

The pool was great, even though we didnt manage to get in it too much. The room was comfy and we had a great balcony. Loved how close it was to the town. Was expensive but I guess you have to expect that for summer in Croatia!

The guest house was, in relation to other accommodation in Opatija, very good price/quality ratio. Everything was very clean and new. Very convenient to have parking facility. The location was a bit tricky to find and one should be aware it is not right in Opatija.
We were looking for an overnight stop on our way south along the coast so it was the perfect stopover. Whilst Optaija is a glorious old Austro Hungarian style resort it is not, (in my opinion only ), a place for a longer stay.

The villa is new, with excellent facilities. Location is scenic, the room is very clean. The bed is comfortable however it seemed to be a bit high - but we did not fall off during the night :)

The restaurant in the facility is a great advantage! Their grilled dinners are really tasty. The breakfast was filling and well presented. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Airconditioning in the room is great in the summer! Balcony is shared but it was ok. -
