She made sure that we had everything we needed and gave us some good tips for sightseeing etc. It's very close to the bars and restaurants in Lapad and a very short bus ride away from the Old Town. Highly recommended! The accommodation was spotlessly clean and modern. The location was fantastic. A short stroll to the seafront/ beach (no steps to get there so great for the pushchair), and restaurants. Excellent grocery store very close (perfect for fresh bread for breakfast). Marija was wonderful and made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Wish we had stayed here for our whole trip as the Old Town was close with transport.

Very friendly hosts, the small apartment (for 2) has a terrace around and plenty of space to sit outside, but the view to the sea is a bit limited because of the trees in front. Perhaps the best place we stayed. Helena is a perfect host. She met us at the port, provided clean towels every day,offered to do laundry and was helpfull all round. All the rooms have own terrace furniture with cushions. Big rooms with good storage space. Hair drier in room. Having full kichen facility is nice, even if it is shared. Fridge and glasses in own room, no kettle unfortunately, you have to go to the kitchen to make tea but no big deal.The set up is very good. The terraces are great.

The pension has excellent views with two of the double rooms with view on the actric sea. Arte, the owner is an excellent nice guy very friendly and helpful. He drove us up the mountain free of charge seeing the overview of Dubrovnik. The pension is homelike and warm. It takes about 20 mins to walk down the old town and castle but must take a bus back to the pension. Arte drove us to catch the bus away from the place free of charge. Excellent. Highly recommended

The location is fabulous, right by the sea on quiet road.
Very romantic location with lots of character.
We loved the stones walls and the staff very helpful with any question and friendly.
We think this place has a unique touch for a hotel, as we usually prefer bed and breakfast accomodation for the authenticity.

Natasha was a wonderful host, who went out of her way to be helpful. As others have noted, provided a cel phone for our personal use and to contact her. Very good location and cleaning apartment. The owner Nanasa is so attentive and provides all kinds of useful /practical stuffs you needed for your stay, including washing machine! The terrace is with beautiful flours and it's a comfortable and pleasure to sit down after visiting Dubrovnik or swimming. The hotel is beautiful. We had the room overlooking the pool (#12). Very private and no street noise whatsoever. The common areas are comfortable but generally deserted as you might expect in a boutique hotel with 13 rooms. The concierge, Deni, was extremely nice and helped make our stay there unforgettable. She arranged for bag lunches to be ready for us when we took an early day trip to Montenegro, and next day arranged a very good deal on a rental car which made for a spectacular day.

We stayed in Villa Olea for ten days. Sandra, the owner, and her family, have been incredibily helpful and nice. The appartment was clean, spacy and very confy for my little family (we have a small son of 2 years). The view from the apartment is great and the apartment has inside everything you need in terms of cooking, bed sheets, towels etc. The flat was warm, despite the season. the house has also a;little garden with cats and toys, that my son loved. We really had a great time.
