Apartments were comfortable and very clean. Lovely welcome by lady who manages on site. Pool and outside seating excellent. Our room had a fabulous view and apartments situated in a quiet part of Lumbara. 10 minute walk to town with very good restaurants and two supermarkets. Great transport service by bus around the island. -

Everything, it's wonderful, the sea view, the big rooms, the best hotel in town, not by location but by everything else. THE place to stay if you've got a car in dubrovnik. (If you dont it's not so far though) - Stayed at the Uvala, not the Splendid: the room was large and very nice. We also used the indoor swimming pool.

Daniela and her husband were awesome! Super friendly and great with recommendations for restaurants, etc. Best location possible, right near beach and restaurants. Clean, good view. We had the room with our own bathroom which was nice. There is a kitchen that you can use and tables outside to eat/drink. We will definitely go back here.

The room is surprisingly large and tidy and has what you expect (including a hair dryer!). We were delighted with the apartment, it was spacious with a lovely balcony with views of the bay. The shower room was modern and the bed was very comfortable. The owners were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful providing us with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, a lovely place to relax. We stayed in Villa Olea for ten days. Sandra, the owner, and her family, have been incredibily helpful and nice. The appartment was clean, spacy and very confy for my little family (we have a small son of 2 years). The view from the apartment is great and the apartment has inside everything you need in terms of cooking, bed sheets, towels etc. The flat was warm, despite the season. the house has also a;little garden with cats and toys, that my son loved. We really had a great time.

Good location just outside the main entrance to the old town (so you avoid having to go up the steps with luggage!). The apartment was a good size, cool and comfortable. The bathroom was big but the as others have noted the shower cubicle was small. It was actually fine, but if you were overweight then it could be an issue.
