  Marija, the owner, was an amazing hostess. She made sure that we had everything we needed and gave us some good tips for sightseeing etc. It's very close to the bars and restaurants in Lapad and a very short bus ride away from the Old Town. We were able to arrange tranfers to and from the airport with Marija, which were all on time. I'd recommend ... what people say » this accomodation to anyone who's looking for something simple, clean and comfortable. - Highly recommended! The accommodation was spotlessly clean and modern. The location was fantastic. A short stroll to the seafront/ beach (no steps to get there so great for the pushchair), and restaurants. Excellent grocery store very close (perfect for fresh bread for breakfast). Marija was wonderful and made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Wish we had stayed here for our whole trip as the Old Town was close with transport.

  The location was excellent for us. A lovely 20 minute walk into Dubrovnik walled City. The Apartment was wonderful with a beautiful view overlooking the sea. Ariana met us when we arrived and gave us lots of information about the local area. She was very kind and helpful. We have travelled a lot and stayed in many places but Big Blue Apartments is... what people say » one place we would definitely go back to. - It offers everything you need to have a pleasant stay in Dubrovnik. The manager is wonderful and gives you all the info you need and very good tips on restaurants, beaches etc. the flat is in a quiete area with a real view and a big hotel nearby with a wellness spa swimming pool and taxis available anytime. Buses are 2 mins walking and city center max 15mins walking.

  This is easily the cleanest and nicest smelling place that we stayed in for our whole honeymoon. Ante is a great host, and provides excellent recommendations (listen to his advice on restaurants - we had our 3 best meals in Croatia in Dubrovnik because of it; and definitely consider the Dubrovnik card). The whole house and garden/ - The pension has excellent views with two of the double rooms with view on the actric sea. Arte, the owner is an excellent nice guy very friendly and helpful. He drove us up the mountain free of charge seeing the overview of Dubrovnik. The pension is homelike and warm. It takes about 20 mins to walk down the old town and castle but must take a bus back to the pension. Arte drove us to catch the bus away from the place free of charge. Excellent. Highly recommended

  Truly a faultless hotel.. We stayed one night at the Boutique Adriatic whilst travelling the Croatian coast & islands, and due to an early morning bus, it was far too short a stay. But from what we experienced, the staff are wonderful (a great family run business), the refurbishment/ decoration is spot on, as is the attached restaurant for bo... what people say » th breakfast (included) and dinner (highly recommended). - We really enjoyed our stay at the boutique adriatic hotel. The location is fabulous, right by the sea on quiet road. Very romantic location with lots of character. We loved the stones walls and the staff very helpful with any question and friendly. We think this place has a unique touch for a hotel, as we usually prefer bed and breakfast accomodation for the authenticity.

  Amazing! Fantastic apartment that exceeded our expectations. Everything is bright and modern and Mubera, our host, was very welcoming and helpful. We were travelling with two young children and had everything we needed - cot, high chair and toilet seat. WiFi was fast with a strong signal. A well-stocked supermarket is directly below the apartment - we took the trolley back up in the lift with us! Highly recommended :- - Spacious, clean, modern flat (2 bedrooms and large livingroom with kitchen, hall and bathroom, 2 balconies) with all practical amenities for self-service: dishwasher, oven, micro, electric kettle, fridge & freezer, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, TV, wifi internet. Grocery shop, bakery, bar, cafe, cinema in the same same building. Bus stop outside. Close to beach. Lots of restaurants, bars, tourist stalls & hotels in the area. Very helpful hostess.

  The hotel is located away from the craziness of Old Town Dubrovnik, so it is quiet and peaceful. The design of the hotel is well-thought out, and much attention has been paid to making it pleasing to the eye. Everything is done tastefully, and the place is sparkling clean. I stayed for three nights, and found the restaurant to be so good that e... what people say » ating at other restaurants (such as in Old Town) was a minor disappointment. It was too cool to try the pool, but it looked like a relaxing paradise. - The hotel is beautiful. We had the room overlooking the pool (#12). Very private and no street noise whatsoever. The common areas are comfortable but generally deserted as you might expect in a boutique hotel with 13 rooms. The concierge, Deni, was extremely nice and helped make our stay there unforgettable. She arranged for bag lunches to be ready for us when we took an early day trip to Montenegro, and next day arranged a very good deal on a rental car which made for a spectacular day.

  We stayed at villa Olea for two nights and we kept wonderful memories of that place. We loved the fact that the apartment was spotless clean, very bright and spacious with all the necessary and fully equipped. You cannot hear any traffic. Sandra, the owner is really kind and welcoming and provided us with many useful informa - We stayed in Villa Olea for ten days. Sandra, the owner, and her family, have been incredibily helpful and nice. The appartment was clean, spacy and very confy for my little family (we have a small son of 2 years). The view from the apartment is great and the apartment has inside everything you need in terms of cooking, bed sheets, towels etc. The flat was warm, despite the season. the house has also a;little garden with cats and toys, that my son loved. We really had a great time.

  This is a privately owned apartment, and as such it is as comfortable and well equipped as the owner, Senko, would like for when he chooses to stay there.   The hotel was new, well designed, peaceful and never felt too busy eventhough the rooms were all booked. Wonderful views across the clear seaeven from the bathroomwindow!. Great sun terraces and pool. Quick andeasy transfer from the airport. A great place to stay for relaxation -had a fantastic week here. - The small restaurants nearby.

The walk to the center is almost complete flat leveled, so no hill climbing.   The host was friendly, the rooms clean, the kitchen wonderful, the views amazing. Close enough to the old city and far enough away that it was quiet. only downside is the number of steps to climb, but that is the case for most of dubrovnik. would recommend this to anyone. - The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful making us feel very welco... what people say » me throughout our stay. The hostel is a little way up the hill but has a supermarket and the bus stops nearby so is perfect for the old town on a budget.
