  The villa was everything we expected and had all facilities we needed for a short stay. We were welcomed by Tamara, who was very friendly and kind and apart from answering all our questions regarding the apartment she was very informative when recommending various places, restaurants and bars for us to visit.   The hotel is obviously old (as almost any hotel in Opatija) but I liked the way they tried to keep it clean and pleasant for tourists. The rooms are big enough, staff really friendly. The view from the balcony is great. 10 min walk to the very center. It is located a bit further than other hotels and just a bit away from the road which is good. We were upgraded into G H Adriatic I. Breakfast was excellent, hot and cold with an outstanding selection. We were so impressed we stayed on for an additional two days on a half board basis which at 72 Euro was outstanding value. No hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Parking place and baby cot were arranged. Missed a bit balcony and microvawe, but it is ok for short stay.
