  It is elegant but also very friendly and comfortable. The situation in the old town is full of character and the staff could not have been more helpful. I was on a winter break with my husband and I would recommend it highly.   Up market !! - Location was perfect, being directly outside Old Town. Being so close toPile Gate also meant that it was a very short walk to the hotel aftergetting off the bus from the airport. The staff was extremely friendly -the lady who checked me in remembered my name throughout my stay and wasvery helpful!

  This is most definitely a first class 5 star hotel from the moment of pickup from airport. The hotel is a designers dream no detail too small for them. Open spaces yet a feeling of intimacy. Fabulous room with small balcony and big view. Great location with private boat ride to walled city several time a day (mini van provided if weather does not ... what people say » permit boat). 5 Star restaurant, bit pricey but worth every penny. Plenty of good food places in town too. Indoor outdoor swimming pool, outdoor lunch - The location is magnificent. The beds are very comfortable and enormous. Every room has a sea view which is spectacular. Simply adored the courtesy vaporetta that shuttles between the hotel and the old harbour in Dubrovnik every hour.

Hotel rooms are the best we've stayed in - very modern, decent size, comfortable beds, nice clean modern bathrooms and large balcony with, again, an amazing view over the marina! Everything is very clean. Very nice view over the port of Gruz. Our room had a big terrace and from what I could see most of the rooms have them. Free parking (in abundance), very easy to find, situated on the main road so if you are with a car very practical for trips to other towns along the coast (no need to enter the city). The bus to the old town stopped outside and it was a delightful walk along the peninsula and to the beaches and cafes over looking the sea.
