The owner, Igor was very nice. He waited us in front of the door and helped us to pick up the luggages to the apartment. He introduced good place for us to visit. The warmest thing was he provided us the wine which was made by himself(or family) for drink. Despite we don't drink, but we were grateful for his hostipality.

The owner Igor was very nice and helpful. He helped us to book the car from the airport to the apartment, vice vera. He also helped us to pick up the luggages. The view was fantastic, just like the picture from letsbookhotel.com.
Room was spacious. We love the balcony and had our breakfast there. We will book this apartment again when we come back.

The pension has excellent views with two of the double rooms with view on the actric sea. Arte, the owner is an excellent nice guy very friendly and helpful. He drove us up the mountain free of charge seeing the overview of Dubrovnik. The pension is homelike and warm. It takes about 20 mins to walk down the old town and castle but must take a bus back to the pension. Arte drove us to catch the bus away from the place free of charge. Excellent. Highly recommended

The hotel is beautiful. We had the room overlooking the pool (#12). Very private and no street noise whatsoever. The common areas are comfortable but generally deserted as you might expect in a boutique hotel with 13 rooms. The concierge, Deni, was extremely nice and helped make our stay there unforgettable. She arranged for bag lunches to be ready for us when we took an early day trip to Montenegro, and next day arranged a very good deal on a rental car which made for a spectacular day.

places in Dubrovnik: Lapad and then up the hill close to the Old Town
area. The location of this apartment is about a 10 min walk from a
pedestrian precinct which was really nice to walk around and had a ton
of reasonable restaurants. I much prefer Lapad since its essentially

Natasha was a wonderful host, who went out of her way to be helpful. As others have noted, provided a cel phone for our personal use and to contact her. Very good location and cleaning apartment. The owner Nanasa is so attentive and provides all kinds of useful /practical stuffs you needed for your stay, including washing machine! The terrace is with beautiful flours and it's a comfortable and pleasure to sit down after visiting Dubrovnik or swimming. Perfect location. Very close to the Buza North city entrance, which is important in the old town (no need to walk up steep stairs with your suitcases). The apartment is very comfortable, perfectly equipped and extremely clean. Zvonko, the owner, was very friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of information about the town. Highly recommended

Željko was a wonderful host. We arrived late in the evening and he took time to walk us to a good restaurant short walk from the apartment, we ended up coming here two more times with friends, great food and value for money. The location of the apartment was excellent, 5 min walk from the main beach, right next to the bus station to The Old Town and a Taxi rank. This was our third stay in Dubrovnik and I can honestly say that we enjoyed staying outside of the hustle and bustle of the Old Town,

Maria was a wonderful host. She doesn't speak English, but we were able to communicatue through signs and pointing at things; no problem! She picked tangeringes in her garden for our breakfast and washed our clothes. The room is comfortable and our room had a small terrace where we could sit at night. It's only a 3-minute walk to the beach and a 10-minute bus ride to the old town. Dubrovnik is a bit too touristic...
