  Staff is great. Location is great with a 10 minute walk to the terminal, even in the snow, which I have done several times in the last few years. No need for an expensive taxi, or to wait for a hotel shuttle. (Next closest hotel is a few miles away and requires a taxi or the not always perfect shuttle service.) Breakfast is always pretty good, and... what people say » they will pack you a sack breakfast if you have a super early morning flight, and you have let them know the night before. Staff is always very atten - We stayed in Zagreb in transit so picked this hotel as it was within budget and close to airport. They arranged taxi for us, even though it was a 10 minute walk. Very funky decorated rooms and quite comfortable. Dinner was basic home cooked food and fine. Breakfast also very basic. Terrible coffee

Room was great, beds comfortable, bathroom spacious. Swimming pool and gym at the top of the hotel was great. Kids loved Chocolate cookies they got at the reception (more than few times :) and always with smile).

  This is a relatively new hotel. ALthough it is is a little out of town it is good if you want to experience life in a more authentic local setting. The double room I had was very comfortable and a decent size. There's a tram from the main train station that stops near the hotel (tram #4) and if you wanted to make your way to the main centre there ... what people say » is at least one tram from near the hotel that will take you there. The steak restaurant in the hotel is quite decent as well. The wifi was reliable an - Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Big rooms with good air con and very comfy beds. Great bathroom. The restaurant downstairs had a very good menu and great tasting food, we only wanted a small meal having eaten lunch already, and you could order smaller portions of many things on the menu. 10% was offered to hotel guests plus a free dessert!
