We were very happy, just to begin with, we arrived into Zagreb almost at 11 pm, we called into Ikar guest house and Marco the kind owner picked us up at the airport; the following day he dropped us to pick up our car at the airport; he really went out of his way to accommodate us. He asked us what time we wanted to have breakfast and had it ready for us !, it was simple but plenty of food: coffee, juice, bread with jelly and butter and also a bid platter with cheese and ham.

I needed a room to sleep somewhere close to the airport. The owner was very friendly, and they dropped me off at the airport next morning around 5 am. They also provide taxy service at a very affordable price. The room was very comfortable and clean. I highly recommend this place instead of one of the expensive hotels I stayed at before. Thank you!

For a layover it was minutes from the airport. We arrived after checkin time due to travel issues and the owner was so friendly and stayed up and offered us some snacks as everything was closed. Very lovely staff and was a shame we were only there for a night to rest our head.
