  The position and friendly staff ..we had to leave early so they made us breakfast to take away and a wake up call at 4:30 in the morning with a lovely smile to start the day. Thank you - Very friendly, clean and comfortable. In a great location for Zagreb airport. Also in a central spot in Velika Gorica, which is a very pleasant small town.

  Having worked for a well known brand of hotel provider in the uk, I was immediately impressed with the attitude of all the staff towards the customer. They take the attitude of promoting the company they work for by really putting that little bit extra into their roles. The chef came into the dining room to ask if food was ok. We were served break... what people say » fast an hour earlier than normal due to having an early flight to catch. We were given free transport to the airport. All such little extras were high - The staff were so welcoming, professional and helpful. We arrived late in the evening and the chef came out to ask if we were hungry and, although he was right at the end of his shift he cooked us the most amazing steak dinner! The young guy on reception was so helpful too - while we were waiting with a drink he came over and asked us what time we needed a shuttle service to the airport and whether we would like breakfast in the restaurant, our bedroom or packed up for us! The room was perfect
