  As usual, this is the cheapest of the budget hotels with a 24 hour desk. This is important as my flights usually don't arrive till midnight!   Location can not be better, really down town !!! Staff is friendly and speak English, room has a Tv and fridge, big confortable and clean bads, bathrom has planty of towels. Streets was quite so you can rest and beside that free WIFI. Also parking for 24h is just oposit side of hotel under cameras for extra 5 eur 24h.   I spent 7 days in this family-run hotel, which is a real gem, in a beautiful spot on a foresty hill overlooking the city of Sofia. I plan on staying there for my return trip to Sofia next year.

  Truly cool boss that even drank with us, they truly like vodka! - we was in hotel very early at 6 o'clock - the staff was very kindly and let us check-in. The location is perfect to visit centre of Sofia.

  Stayed with my family here in the third time. Very convenient location. There is parking. Not far from the city center (about 10 min. by car). For children there is a playground. In 10 min. by car to get to the Zoo. Near (2 min.) there is a large shopping center. We really liked this hotel. Avel is situated very close to the airport and there is a No. 18 bus service which takes you - Yordan, the owner, was extremely helpful in every way possible! He was a great host! I was very happy that he picked me up at the airport since taxis there can often overcharge tourists.The facility was very clean and comfortable. While not in the city center, it was easy to get there by a trolley bus. It's located in a safe neighborhood. Overall, I was very happy with this Guest House and highly recommend it for anyone looking for budget accommodations in Sofia! - It was a perfect guest house for our last night before flying home! Close to the airport, so we didn't need to drive anymore with our car into the centre of the city. There is a nice garden, where we could stay and relax. The owner was very warm and kind, offered us some wine - so we didn't have to go to the supermarket - and we had a nice talk with him in the garden. The guest house is as descriped in letsbookhotel.com, so we got what we expected and were happy!
