As usual, this is the cheapest of the budget hotels with a 24 hour desk. This is important as my flights usually don't arrive till midnight! I have booked and stayed at this hotel 5 or 6 times now, and will book again for my next trip. Clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to find, in a quiet area just a 15' minutes walk to the city center (you can also take the metro which is 100m from the hotel).

Interior design of the rooms. proximity to the city. The small room was a REALLY small room, of course we already know it, and we stayed in Sofia for 2 days so we didn't have any problem. But I believe that if somebody stays in the city more or has a lot of baggages has to choose the bigger room. Not only do you have to pay 2 euro for wifi but it is PER device! That's ludicrous for this day and age. The location is a bit "out there"…with some walking you can reach the Mall but Vitosha (the main street) is quite the walk. The street is not very nice nor would I feel necessarily safe walking it alone at night. If you plan on showering, get the bigger room. Taxis might not know where it is located make sure you have the address. The rooms are VERY small so if you carry luggage it will be a bit uncomfortable for you. Having too small blanket for 2 people, luckily it was spring and it was hot. Te banquet was too small and you have to go use it for a small visit because there is no space to put your staff otherwise. Could have done with an extra pillow on the bed!. The lift was a bit sketchy. the air conditioner got mildew smell. leaving. Watch out for the blinds in front of the window. They are attached with 2 instead of 4 screws. very small room and bathroom. no free Wi-Fi. Instead you have free TV with many channels. But why do you need this when you traveller from another country? I don't know. just very small room. It's ok, if you just sleep in it. No bar on the first floor. Having to pay for wifi. You have to pay for all extras internet cleaning in the room towels exchange. Uncomfortable bed. Few electrical outlets. would be nice to have even plastic cups in the room. The size of the rooms. the area had no facilities. it is like Ryanair. you have to pay extra for everything. it was okay. laundry . Its a budget hotel, therefore I wasnt surprised not to be able to make tea! Generally very clean, although the mattresses could be a little thicker! ( Maybe a local could produce breakfast boxes, croissant etc, ooo and a cuppa tea!. The large double bed was approximately the size of the entire room with just enough room for legs between it and the wall. The mattress was thin. Walls were thin and we noticed many other young couples. i got all my expectations from the hotel. something was wrong with the a/c it was too hot at night ,we couldn't sleep,i had to get up 3 times at night to open the window,the garage is very narrow you can't put your car in without bumping it,the bad was too squeaky every time i tuned around the bad was going to collapse,there is no fridge in the room ( BIG MISTAKE). the linen should be more clean. location not very good, looks like a construction sight. I had gone with my friend there.I Sent email to the reception before starting the travel and I said if it possible the room has to beds.They said its impossible beacause the room is too small! The room is smaller than small :p so the room is only for relations ships...;) for loving,for good communicate ;). Small room but comfortable bed. Very small room, 9x6 ft with bathroom in that space. Dangerous corners on bed, window opens just above your head dont sit up when its opening. Bed was hard as nails and made noise every time you moved. No storage space, coat hangers in dangerous place.Bathroom exactly like aircraft toilet. Worst place we ever stayed. it was like an easy jet ! you have to pay if you need something, 2euors!. very poor quality of mattress. - entrance to garage is really very bad (chassis of our Skoda Octavia is catched by road very strongly) - we had problem with a magnetic key to one of our rooms (exactly 17) - it had work only sometimes - often not - rooms are too small, there are no shelves for baggage, no table and no chairs in the room. Not very clean, stuff not very helpful. Dimensions of the rooms. Lack of facilities. loud in the night, on a busy street with poorly insulated windows.
