  Location can not be better, really down town !!! Staff is friendly and speak English, room has a Tv and fridge, big confortable and clean bads, bathrom has planty of towels. Streets was quite so you can rest and beside that free WIFI. Also parking for 24h is just oposit side of hotel under cameras for extra 5 eur 24h. One of the best place I stay for value of what you pay for sure !!! - Well the price of 15 euro / 28 blv was a deal ...location is downtown sofia room is small & u have tv,fridge,ac bathroom ... it is value for the money .Better than hostel thats for shure for same price ...no elevator so it is not the best place for couples with small children For a cheap it is worth it !!!

  the staff was very nice and helpful. the location was also good. it was walking distance from the railway station and centre. the room is a bit old but decent. i had no problems while i was staying. - The hôtel is clean and 10 minutes to the city center. The room is big. It is good value for the money.

  Premier Thracia lives up to the Best Western standards. Everything was wonderful and the staff exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful. They made recommendations for restaurants that were great and provided us with information about the free walking tour to become familiar with Sofia's most important sites. If you are traveling - The breakfast-buffet is excellent – and the staff even better. Here is a little story: I like my coffee with milk. There was no milk on the table; so I helped myself with the milk that goes with the cornflakes. Two mornings later the waiter asks me, if I want milk with my coffee – I nodded, and she served hot(!) milk with my beverage. Outstanding...

Having a kitchenette was a blessing. The staff spoke English very well, and were helpful and approachable about taxi and restaurant bookings. There is laptop set up in the hotel lobby for the use of guests, free. Nice courtyard restaurant with a water feature, and menu in English as well as Bulgarian.

  The altra modern setting of the room was great. Every room has character. One of the most modern hotel that I have ever stayed (I travel round the world, frequently!). At breakfast, the waiter was thorough. The receptionist was also very helpful. Bell boy was friendly. They are young and enthusiastic, and very anxious that guests enjoy their stay. They did everything they possibly could to help. The location is great. Another thing I really liked was the cleanliness of the hotel; it was exceptionally good.
