The studio was clean, modernly furnished and spacious enough for two. The apartments are a 10-minute walk from a U-bahn (subway) stop and you're in the city center within minutes. The windows are to a quiet street with little traffic during. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary toiletries (wouldn't expect that in a budget-friendly apartment) and the bed - the mattress was very firm, which our backs appreciated.
all reviews » Our apartment was on 3d floor. All rooms are separated from each other. Very comfortable quiet small flat. In the kitchen there were all tools, such as plates, caps, wine opener, knifes. In a bathroom there is a hair fan, 4 white towels. We liked our staying in Vienna Inn very much. Near there were Augarten park, food shop Billa, tram, Donau canal. Super comfort! Thanks to the friendly staff too!!!. It was clean, calm, not far from the main city attractions. And the quality of wi-fi signals was excellent (as for me the internet is very important). The staff person was wonderful - very polite and nice. The correlation price-quality is good. Excellent location and generally good facilities. Clean, modest rooms and very comfortable bed. Staff was very helpful with out special requirements:we needed to print our airline boarding passes and they let us come to the office to do that. The closeness to all main sites in vienna. We had a ride from the Vienna in the evening, so they let us leave our luggage at their office until 6 pm. The hotel was so neat and comfortable. Location and proximity to supermarkrts and the city's centre. -Good location -Value for money. nice and clean, quiet enough,. There's nothing to complain about, especially considering the price. There is limited parking (and expensive) at the hotel, but you can leave your car at one of the P+R parking lots (3€/day) and take the subway from there. The metro stations (two) are not far, but anyhow I managed to get lost almost all the time when I had to find them between the streets. But, I guess, it's mostly the problem with my skills of orientation in the space. No micro-wave oven. A bit short on glassware. Those are easily corrected. Bathroom small but worked OK Noise ffrom street when windows open. (No air-con). Check-in time was from 2 pm. Would be great if the apartment shall provide a common washing machine / dryer. We liked everything. The tram 31 is at the end of our street and brought us near st Stephens cathedral in 10 Min which was excellent if you don't mind to take the tram. No free parking around the apartments, you have to pay 22 euros per day in the parking area. So it's really expensive to stay for more days. There were problems with the plumbing, the issues we reported were fixed. The toilet ran - this was fixed well. The bathroom faucet failed - this was fixed. The bathroom sink hot water shut-off valve had a slow leak, we did not report this. The sink faucet dripped, we did not report this. The elevator closest to the front door was noisy when going up between the 3rd and 4th floor - we were not comfortable using it. It was a small room with two single beds pushed together rather than a double. Also, while the room was lovely, the rest of the building was a little shabby and the window looked out onto a drab courtyard. However, for the money we paid to stay there, these were not real issues, and I would absolutely stay there again. A bit too small for two couples. The hot water service ran out after two showers. 1.Wifi was avaliable with strong signal, but we didn't get it password. The only disadvantage of our appartment was its small bathroom. Nothing. Staff is only available between 08:00 - 17:00. This is not a hotel, it's a rent room, so during our stay, the garbage trash is not emptied and also the towels & sheets are not changed. Couch in living room is too short - no one above 140cm could not fit. -Small room -one bed in the double room. too far from U-bahn, no taxi station around. Should improve cleaning. The courtains in the windows don't stop any light, daylight or the lamps light from the street at night!!!.
