One of the best expeiences we have had amongst all our europe travel. The hotel truly had personalised service and made you feel at home. They never said no to any request. The rooms were huge and old victorian style and location was extremely central, Their owner was also personally involved in management and that made a lot of difference. Quite a cosy, traditional Viennese style hotel. Feels like home, as I have grown up in a city that has the same architecture as Vienna- vast, spacy rooms, with 3 m high ceilings. Comfortable bed, very tidy bathroom, possibility of opening the windows. Incredibly dustless crystal chandelier :). all reviews »
Just outside of the ring and away from the heart of the inner city, but great location for the Fan Zone Of the Euro 2008 and well placed for the metro and walking to all of the old city. excellent location, excellenmt hotel,,,,, everything was excellent.. should be 4 star hotel. She was reluctant to offer help with the telephone and did not explain how to use the facilities in the room, i.e.air conditioner. Small room. Hotel is Located on the 3rd floor of a building. It is an old building as you might guess but the problem is there no lights from 1st floor to 3rd. So it is dangerous returning at night.
